Tory Carter

PRO: The Titans signed Tory Carter as a rookie free agent following the 2021 NFL Draft. The 6-foot, 229-pounder played in 42 games as a tight end/fullback at Louisiana State and helped the Tigers win a national championship in 2019.

• Carter's father, James, played fullback and linebacker at Georgia Southern.

CAREER TRANSACTIONS: 
• The Valdosta, Ga., native was signed by the Titans as an undrafted free agent on May 14, 2021.
• Activated from the practice squad to the active roster standard elevation on Sept. 25, 2021.
• Activated from the practice squad to the active roster standard elevation on Oct. 3, 2021.

COLLEGE:
• Appeared in 42 games with six starts at fullback/tight end over four seasons at Louisiana State (2017-20) and caught 16 passes for 157 yards and two touchdowns, while adding two carries for four yards.

AS A SENIOR (2020), saw action in seven games with one start at fullback and caught four passes for 42 yards including a long of 15 yards.

AS A JUNIOR (2019), appeared in 11 games and caught two passes for 15 yards while helping the Tigers to a National Championship.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018), played in 12 games with four starts at fullback. Made four catches for 39 yards and one touchdown and added two carries for four yards.

AS A FRESHMAN (2017), saw action in 12 games with one start and tallied six catches for 61 yards and a score.

• Attended Lee County (Ga.) High School where he earned all-area recognition and was a consensus three-star prospect. Tabbed the No. 1 fullback by Scout and No. 3 by 247Sports.
