Biography

PRO: The Titans signed Aamil Wagner as a rookie free agent following the 2026 NFL Draft. The 6-foot-6-inch, 306-pounder is a versitle athlete who brings depth to the offensive line room. A Yellow Springs, Ohio, native Wagner ended his Fighting Irish career with 28 collegiate starts at right tackle.

TITANS TIDBITS:
• Was a three sport athlete in high school (football, basketball, track and field). After finishing third in the shot put at states as a junior, he won the Division I state playoffs as a senior and set a school-record throw of 64 feet, 1 inch.
• Wagner's hidden talent is being able to play the trombone.

CAREER TRANSACTIONS:  
• The Yellow Springs, Ohio, native was signed by the Titans as a rookie free agent on April 30, 2026.

COLLEGE: 
• Saw action in 35 games with 28 starts at right tackle over four seasons (2022-25) at Notre Dame. He played a significant role in a unit that did not allow a sack in multiple games his sophmore and junior seasons.

AS A JUNIOR (2025), started in all 12 games at right tackle. Named as a Jason Whitten Collegiate Player of the Year Finalist and to the All-State AFCA Good Works Team. Served as team captain. 
• At Boston College (11/1), started on the offensive line and played an integral role in helping the offensive line to not allow a sack. Paved the way for 159 yards rushing and 5.5 yards per carry.
• Against Navy (11/9), started on the offensive line and helped the Fighting Irish record over 500 yards of total offense, including 249 yards on the ground and did not allow a sack.
• At Stanford (11/29), started on the offensive line and played an integral role to a unit that did not allow a sack. Helped block for a Fighting Irish rushing attack that totaled over 200 yards on the ground.

AS A SOPHMORE (2024), started all 16 games at right tackle for the Fighting Irish and played an integral role on the offensive line unit. Was a member of the special teams unit as well. Recieved the Notre Dame Scholar-Athlete Award. 
• At Texas A&M (8/31), started and played all 67 offensive snaps and five snaps on special teams. Had an integral role in the team's two rushing touchdowns.
• At USC (11/30), started and played an integral role in the Fighting Irish posting over 400 yards of total offense.
• Against Ohio State (1/20), started in the National Championship game and played all 63 offensive snaps along with two special teams snaps.

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2023), appeared in seven games as a reserve at right tackle and was a member of the 2023 Joe Moore Award semifinalist offensive line group. 
• Against Navy (8/26), made his collegiate debut.

AS A FRESHMAN (2022), did not appear in a game and redshirted. 
• Graduated with a bachelors degree in strategic management from Notre Dame in July 2025 and a master's degree in nonprofit administration in May 2026.

PERSONAL:  
• Attended Wayne (Ohio) High School and was a four-star recruit by 247Sports, Rivals and ESPN.com. Was ranked as No. 116 player nationally, no. 18 offensive tackle nationally, No. 13 player regionally and No. 5 player from Ohio by ESPN.com.
• Led Wayne to an 8-3 record and 6-1 in Greater Western Conference.
• Named first team All-State and first team All-Greater Western Ohio Conference in 2021 and 2022.
• Was also a standout basketball player and track athlete in high school.
• Son of Teresa and Lee Wagner.
• Has three siblings, Ameer, Ahmad, and Amani.
