Biography
PRO: The Titans selected Nick Singleton in the fifth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. The 6-foot, 219-pounder is powerful, athletic ball carrier that also excels as a receiver out of the backfield and as a kick returner on special teams. The Shillington, Pa., native played four seasons (2022-25) at Penn State where he finished his collegiate career as the Nittany Lions' all-time record holder with 55 career touchdowns, 45 career rushing scores and 5,586 career all-purpose yards.

• Singleton enjoys giving back to his community. He volunteered for the Governor Mifflin midget football program, took part in Mifflin's elementary school literacy outreach program and given his time to numerous community clean-up events.

COLLEGE:
• Saw action in 53 games with 31 starts over four seasons (2022-25) at Penn State and registered 622 carries for 3,461 yards with 45 rushng touchdowns and 102 receptions for 987 yards with nine receiving scores. Set the all-time Penn State records with 55 career touchdowns, 45 career rushing touchdowns and 5,586 career all-purpose yards. Became first Big Ten player with 5,000-plus career all-purpose yards and 50-plus touchdowns since Wisconsin's Jonathan Taylor (2017-19) and joined Saquon Barkley as the only Nittany Lions to do so.
AS A SENIOR (2025), selected All-Big Ten honorable mention (coaches and media - return specialist) and All-Big Ten honorable mention (media - running back). Played in 12 games with four starts and rushed 123 times for 549 yards with 13 touchdowns. Added 24 catches for 219 yards with a receiving score and seven kick returns for 145 yards.
• Against Florida International (9/6), ran the ball 13 times for 76 yards with a five-yard touchdown. Surpassed the 3,000 career rushing yards mark.
• Against Indiana (11/8), collected 143 all-purpose yards and three touchdowns. Recorded 10 rushes for 71 yards, including two touchdowns and a season-long 59-yard run. Tallied three receptions for 22 yards with a receiving score.
• At Rutgers (11/29), rushed nine times for 86 yards with two touchdowns. Broke the Penn State career touchdowns and career rushing touchdowns records.
AS A JUNIOR (2024), named All-Big Ten honorable mention by the coaches and media as a running back and a return specialist. Appeared in 15 games with 12 starts and recorded 172 carries for 1,099 yards with 12 touchdowns on the ground, while adding 41 catches for 375 yards with five receiving scores. Posted 14 kickoff returns for 331 yards with a long return of 66 yards. Led the Big Ten in all-purpose yardage (1,805; 7th nationally), while finishing third in yards from scrimmage (1,474; 19th), fourth in yards per carry (6.3), tied for fifth in rushing touchdowns (12) and sixth in rushing yardage (1,099).
• Against Maryland (11/30), totaled 87 yards and a pair of touchdowns on 13 carries. Added three receptions for 17 yards. Kickstarted Penn State's unanswered point stretch with a 66-yard kick return on the Nittany Lions' first scoring drive.
• Against Oregon (12/7), recorded 105 rushing yards on 10 carries, including a 41-yard scamper in the first quarter. Added 43 receiving yards and a touchdown on four catches, including a 22-yard receiving score in the first quarter.
• Against Notre Dame (1/9), posted 84 yards and three touchdowns on 15 carries. The three rushing scores matched a career high. Scored on a five-yard run in the second quarter and added a pair of seven-yard touchdown rushes in the fourth quarter.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2023), earned third-team All-Big Ten honors from the coaches and media as a running back and honorable mention honors from the coaches and media as a return specialist. Appeared in 13 games with seven starts and notched 171 rushes for 752 yards with eight touchdowns. Posted 26 catches for 308 yards with two touchdowns. Tallied 13 kick returns for 313 yards (24.1) with a long return of 51 yards. Ranked third in the Big Ten in all-purpose yards (105.6) and tied for fifth in rushing touchdowns (eight). Was an Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
• Against Delaware (9/9), scored a career-high three rushing touchdowns. Rushed for 47 yards and added an 18-yard reception. Found the end zone on a two-yard rush on Penn State's opening drive and scored on a pair of five-yard runs in the second quarter.
• At Michigan State (11/24), finished with 118 yards on 18 carries with a touchdown. Caught two passes out of the backfield for 68 yards. Scored on a 14-yard rush in the fourth quarter. Had a 53-yard reception in the first quarter, his longest career reception.
• Against Ole Miss (12/30), rushed for 50 yards on eight carries and added four receptions for a career-high 86 yards with a touchdown. Hauled in a 48-yard touchdown reception in the second quarter.
AS A TRUE FRESHMAN (2022), named the Big Ten Thompson-Randle El Freshman of the Year. Earned Associated Press Big Ten Newcomer of the Year honors. Picked up FWAA Freshman All-America laurels as an all-purpose player. Tabbed All-Big Ten third team by the coaches and media as a running back after appearing in all 13 games with eight starts. Led the team with 1,061 yards rushing on 156 carries with 12 touchdowns. Posted seven 40-plus yard runs with five of those resulting in touchdowns. Had five games with multi-touchdown rushes and four 100-yard rushing games. Added 11 receptions for 85 yards with a score. Also handled returning kickoffs, logging 14 returns for 349 yards with a 100-yard touchdown.
• Against Ohio (9/10), ran for a career-high 179 yards on 10 carries with two touchdowns. Scored on a 70-yard run in the first quarter, his first career touchdown. Added a 44-yard touchdown in the third quarter. Finished with 219 all-purpose yards (179 rushing, 40 kick return).
• At Auburn (9/17), recorded 10 rushes for 124 yards with two touchdowns. Scored on a 54-yard run in the fourth quarter and a one-yard run in the third quarter.
• Against Maryland (11/12), averaged 11.1 yards per carry on 11 rushes, totaling 122 yards and two scores. His touchdowns came on 45-yard and 27-yard carries in the first half.
• Graduated with a degree in recreation, park and tourism management in the Fall of 2025 from Penn State.
PERSONAL:
• Attended Governor Mifflin (Shillington, Pa.) High School and holds the Berks County record with 6,326 rushing yards and 116 touchdowns. Named Berks County MVP as a junior and senior.
• Named the 2021 Gatorade National Player of the Year and earned the Maxwell Football Club's 2021 National Offensive Player of the Year. Was selected to play in the 2022 All-American Bowl.
• As a senior (2021), rushed for 2,059 yards with 44 rushing touchdowns. Had four receptions for 98 yards with two scores while returning a kickoff for a touchdown as well. The team captain led Governor Mifflin to a District 5A title.
• As a junior (2020), gained 1,311 yards on 107 carries while scoring 22 touchdowns.
• As a sophomore (2019), posted 1,690 yards on 180 attempts with 32 touchdowns.
• As a freshman (2018), tallied 1,266 yards to go along with 24 scores.
• Had a 3.51 GPA at Governor Mifflin and was named to the Berks County all-academic team.
• Also starred in track and field, participating in the 100m, 200m and 4x100 relay. Was an all-county selection in the 100m and 200m. Participated in the shot put as a junior.
