Biography
PRO: The Titans signed Blake Hance as an unrestricted free agent early in the 2025 offseason to add depth and flexibility to the offensive front. The 6-foot-5-inch, 310-pounder has the versatility to play along the offensive line at both guard and tackle. Prior to his arrival in Tennessee, the Northwestern product appeared in 59 games with 10 starts over four NFL campaigns (2021-24) with the Jacksonville Jaguars, San Francisco 49ers and Cleveland Browns. Hance has also spent time with the Buffalo Bills, Washington and the N.Y. Jets.

COLLEGE:
• Appeared in 51 games with 46 starts in four playing seasons (2015-18) at Northwestern. Was a two-time Academic All-Big Ten selection as a junior and senior.
• As a senior (2018), played in 13 games with 12 starts at left tackle. Contributed in protecting quarterback Clayton Thorson as he threw for 3,183 yards, the third-highest mark in the Big Ten. Helped pave the way for first-year running back Isaiah Bowser, who averaged 108 rushing yards per game over the last eight games of the season.
• As a junior (2017), started all 13 games on the left side. Made four starts at left guard and started the final nine games of the season at left tackle. Was key to paving the way for running back Justin Jackson to rush for 1,000 yards for the fourth-straight season. Protected the blind side of All-Big Ten quarterback Clayton Thorson, who ranked fourth in the Big Ten in passing yards.
• As a sophomore (2016), started all 13 games for the Wildcats at left tackle, protecting the blind side of quarterback Clayton Thorson. Helped pave the way for running back Justin Jackson, who became the first player in program history to rush for over 1,000 yards in three-straight seasons and finished with a career-high 1,524 yards and 15 touchdowns. Part of a starting unit that totaled over 400 yards of offense in six games.
• As a redshirt freshman (2015), named to the Big Ten All-Freshman Team after starting eight games at left tackle. Part of an offensive line unit that opened holes for running back Justin Jackson to secure his second straight 1,000-yard season.
• As a true freshman (2014), redshirted.
• Earned an undergraduate degree in economics and a master's degree in management studies from Northwestern.
PERSONAL:
• Attended Jacksonville (Ill.) High School where he earned four varsity letters as a tight end, defensive end and long snapper.
• Recorded 113 career catches for 1,459 yards with seven touchdowns as a tight end. Posted 104 tackles and nine sacks on defense.
• Also played four years of varsity basketball, earning the team's offensive MVP honor.
• Was a two-year starting pitcher in varsity baseball.
