PRO: The Titans selected Dez Fitzpatrick in the fourth round (109th overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft. The 6-foot-2-inch, 203-pounder brings a complete skill set to the wide receiver corps, excelling in route-running, stretching the defense in the vertical pass game, blocking in the run game and gaining yards after the catch. The Louisville product has also shown a knack for finding the end zone having posted 21 receiving touchdowns in his four seasons with the Cardinals.

• Fitzpatrick finished his Louisville career in the Top 10 in all-time Cardinals history with 154 receptions (ninth), 2,589 receiving yards (sixth) and 21 receiving touchdowns (fifth).
• As a senior in 2020, Fitzpatrick collected a career-best 833 receiving yards on 43 receptions with three touchdowns.
• As a redshirt freshman in 2017, Fitzpatrick excelled with Louisville signal caller Lamar Jackson under center. He set a collegiate career-high with 45 receptions for 699 yards and tied a Cardinals freshman record with a team-best nine touchdown grabs.

• Fitzpatrick's father, Greg, was a former CFL defensive back and played collegiately at Central State University.
• Fitzpatrick is a skilled juggler. He has mastered the technique of juggling one-handed off a wall.

• Played four seasons at Louisville (2017-20) and recorded 154 receptions for 2,589 yards with 21 touchdowns during his career. His 154 receptions ranked ninth in Louisville annals and his 2,589 receiving yards ranked sixth in Cardinals history. He tied for fifth in program history with 21 career touchdown catches and tied for 10th in team annals with eight 100-yard receiving games. Fitzpatrick averaged 16.8 yards a reception for his career.

AS A SENIOR (2020), appeared in 11 games with nine starts and finished the season with 43 catches for 833 yards and three touchdowns.
• Against Western Kentucky (9/12), caught four passes for 110 yards, including a 70-yard touchdown.
• Against Virginia Tech (10/31), caught five passes for a then career-best 158 yards, including a career-long 82 yard touchdown reception.
• At Virginia (11/14), led the Cardinals with five receptions for 71 yards.
• At Boston College (11/28), had his best career output with 182 yards on eight catches with a score. Hauled in a 69-yard touchdown pass from Malik Cunningham late in the fourth quarter.

AS A JUNIOR (2019), played in 13 games with 12 starts and finished second on the team with 35 receptions for 635 yards and six touchdowns.
• At Florida State (9/21), caught seven passes for 133 yards, including a then career-long 74-yard touchdown.
• Against Boston College (10/5), grabbed five passes for 108 yards and a touchdown.
• At Wake Forest (10/12), totaled five receptions for 125 yards and two touchdowns. Scored on receptions of 15 and 50 yards in the 62-59 victory.
• At North Carolina State (11/16), made four catches for 72 yards, including a 43-yard touchdown.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018), played in 12 games with six starts and finished second on the team with 31 receptions for 422 yards and three touchdowns.
• At Virginia (9/22), led the team with five receptions for 62 yards in the loss, including an 18-yard reception.
• Against Florida State (9/29), caught four passes for 45 yards with a touchdown. Scored on a three-yard reception with 10 seconds remaining in the second quarter.
• Against Georgia Tech (10/5), recorded four receptions for 58 yards, including a 42-yard touchdown reception.
• At Syracuse (11/9), posted two catches for 56 yards with a touchdown. Scored on a 13-yard touchdown throw from Jawon Pass.

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2017), saw action in all 13 games with seven starts and finished second on the team with 45 catches for 699 yards and a team-best nine touchdown catches which tied a Louisville freshman record. Played alongside Heisman trophy finalist Lamar Jackson. Named All-ACC honorable mention.
• Against Purdue (9/2), caught four passes for 95 yards and a touchdown. His first collegiate touchdown was a 20-yard reception in the fourth quarter to put the Cardinals ahead 32-28.
• At North Carolina (9/9), grabbed four receptions for 78 yard and a pair of touchdowns.
• At North Carolina State (10/5), had season-highs of 10 catches and 134 yards. His 10 receptions tied Ibn Green's freshman record, first set against North Carolina on Nov. 9, 1996. His 134 receiving yards were the most by a freshman since 2005, when Mario Urrutia had 138 against Florida Atlantic on Oct. 1.
• Against Boston College (10/14), totaled seven receptions for 127 yards and a score.

AS A FRESHMAN (2016), redshirted.
• Graduated in the summer of 2021 with a degree in communications from Louisville.

• Attended Waterford Mott (Mich.) High School after transferring from Farmington (Mich.) High School.
• As a senior, recorded 60 receptions for 1,317 yards and 23 touchdowns at wide receiver. The 23 receiving touchdowns ranked him second all-time in the state of Michigan — three shy of the Michigan High School Athletic Association record. Totaled seven interceptions from his cornerback spot, returning two for touchdowns. Credited with 50 tackles and broke up 12 passes in his final high school campaign.
• Led Mott to only its fifth playoff appearance in the 48-year history of the program. Eclipsed 100 yards receiving in every game and averaged more than two touchdowns per game.
• Was one of five finalists for the Michigan High School Football Player of the Year honor and was named the 2015 MLive Detroit Overall Player of the Year.
• Also ran track as a freshman.
• Dez's younger brother, Christian, is a wide receiver at Louisville and for the first time in their football careers the brothers were teammates during the 2020 Cardinals campaign.
