Biography
PRO: The Titans signed Cam Horsley as a rookie free agent following the 2025 NFL Draft. The 6-foot-3-inch, 312-pound defensive tackle played in 59 career games with 47 starts during a five-year tenure (2020-24) at Boston College. Horsley is an athletic player with a strong anchor in the run game that provides depth along the Titans' defensive front.

• Horsley considers himself a food enthusiast. His favorite dish is eggs and estimates he ate 10-12 eggs a day when he was growing up.
CAREER TRANSACTIONS:
• The Cinnaminson, N.J., native was signed by the Titans as a rookie free agent on May 9, 2025.
COLLEGE:
• Horsley played in 59 games with 47 starts over five seasons (2020-24) at Boston College and totaled 164 tackles, 18.5 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, eight passes defensed and one fumble recovery.
• As a graduate (2024), earned All-ACC third team honors. Started 11 regular season games at defensive tackle and recorded 42 tackles, seven stops for loss, three quarterback hurries and three passes defensed.
• As a senior (2023), started all 13 games on the defensive line and posted 41 total tackles, including three stops for loss and three passes defensed.
• As a junior (2022), started all 12 games on the defensive front and finished the season with 30 tackles, including 5.5 stops for loss.
• As a sophomore (2021), saw action in 12 games with 10 starts and collected 38 tackles, 1.5 stops for loss, 1.5 sacks, four quarterback hurries and one pass defensed.
• As a true freshman (2020), played in 11 games and totaled 13 tackles, including 1.5 stops for loss and a fumble recovery.
• Earned a bachelor's degree in communication and management leadership from Boston College in May of 2024.
PERSONAL:
• Attended Cinnaminson (N.J.) High School where he was a two-way standout at offensive tackle and defensive tackle.
• As a senior (2019), was selected to the West Jersey Football League first team and was a Burlington County Times All-County selection.
• Was also a standout pitcher and first baseman on the baseball team.
• Was a recipient of the Michael F. Price Endowed Athletic Scholarship Fund and is a Westerman Family Flynn Fund Scholar-Athlete.
• Son of Craig and Kim Horsley. Has two brothers, Craig and Croix, and a sister, Victoria.
• Horsley's uncle, Terrence Horsley, was a track teammate with U.S. Olympian and nine-time gold medalist Carl Lewis.
