PRO: The Titans selected Kyle Philips in the fifth round (163rd overall) of the 2022 NFL Draft to bring quickness, sure hands and precision route running to the wide receiving corps. The 5-foot-11-inch, 189-pounder possesses the abilities to contribute heavily as a slot receiver and in the return game. As a rookie, he posted eight receptions for 78 yards and averaged 12.4 yards on five punt returns in four games before ending the season on injured reserve. A native of San Marcos, Calif., Philips spent four seasons at UCLA, where he played in 34 games with 23 starts.

His 38 catches led the team and pushed him over the 100-career catch mark (27th Bruin to do so). Returned six punts for 77 yards (12.8 avg.). Named honorable mention All-Pac-12 by the league coaches and second-team All-Pac-12 by PFF and Phil Steele.
•   As a redshirt freshman (2019), saw action in all 12 games, with eight starts. Totaled a career-high 60 receptions for 681 yards and five touchdowns. His 60 catches were the most ever by a freshman player at UCLA (redshirt or true). Became the first Bruin redshirt freshman to lead the team in receptions since 2001 (Craig Bragg). Totaled three or more catches in nine games. Had 10 catches at Stanford and his two 10-plus catch efforts rank tied for third on the all-time UCLA list (behind only J.J. Stokes and Jordan Lasley, who each had three). Helped UCLA rate second in the nation in punt return average with a 22.5 yards per return mark.

•   As a high school senior in 2017, he produced 59 receptions for 1,318 yards and 10 touchdowns, and he was credited with 26 tackles and a pair of interceptions on defense.
•   As a high school junior, he caught 65 passes for 909 yards and 11 touchdowns.
