NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Thursday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game against the Texans at NRG Stadium in Houston.

Here's a look at some Titans topics in quick-hitting fashion:

-Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill was at practice on Thursday in his helmet and uniform.

Tannehill spent time chatting with offensive coordinator Todd Downing and the team's other quarterbacks during the open period, but during the individual period he did not make any throws.

Tannehill was listed as limited on today's Injury Report with an ankle injury after being listed as 'Did Not Practice' on Thursday, and his status remains uncertain three days before Sunday's contest in Houston.

-Titans back-up quarterback Malik Willis worked in individual drills, as did fellow QB Logan Woodside, who is on the team's practice squad.

At one point, Tannehill bumped fists with Willis after he completed a drill.

Willis said on Wednesday he's preparing as if he's the starter, but that's no different than previous weeks.

"I am just trying to take it day by day, trying to keep improving and doing everything I need to do to be in a position to help the team," Willis said. "Just trying to keep myself prepared."

-Titans linebacker Zach Cunningham, who suffered an elbow injury vs the Raiders and has missed the past three games, practiced in full again on Thursday.

-Titans linebacker Joe Jones (hip), who has missed the past two games, also practiced in full again on Thursday.

-Titans guard Nate Davis, who has missed the past two games with a foot injury, practiced on a limited basis on Thursday.

-Titans defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons (ankle) did not practice again on Thursday.

-Titans outside linebacker Rashad Weaver (back) did not practice again on Thursday.

-Titans fullback Tory Carter (neck) did not practice again on Thursday.

-Titans outside linebacker Bud Dupree (hamstring) practiced in full on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday.

-Titans center Ben Jones (knee) practiced in full on Thursday after being limited on Thursday.

-Titans linebacker David Long Jr. (groin) practiced on a limited basis again on Thursday.

-Titans lineman Aaron Brewer (toe) practiced in full on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday.

-Titans linebacker Dylan Cole (hamstring) practiced in full on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday.

-Titans long snapper Morgan Cox (ankle) practiced in full on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday.

-The Texans released their second Injury Report on Thursday, and it looked like this: DL Maliek Collins (chest), WR Nico Collins (groin) and OL A.J. Cann (illness) did not practice. WR Brandin Cooks (not injury related) and DL Jerry Hughes (not injury related) returned to practice after not practicing on Wednesday. OL Kenyon Green (shoulder) was a full participant while OL Justin McCray (hand) was limited in Thursday's practice.

-The Titans are scheduled to practice again on Friday before holding a walkthrough on Saturday before traveling to Houston for Sunday's game vs the Texans.

-I did a story on running back Derrick Henry and his success against the Texans earlier today. Check it out:
