Quick Hits on the Titans From Thursday of Buccaneers Week

QuickHits-(4)

NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Thursday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Here's a look at today's developments:

Offensive lineman Dillon Radunz has stepped in – and stepped up – numerous times when the Titans have needed him.

With more injuries up front, there's a good chance he'll be needed again on Sunday against the Buccaneers.

Radunz worked at right tackle in Pittsburgh once Nicholas Petit-Frere was injured, and he's started two games at left guard this season as well. Radunz also has experience at right guard, which is where he could be needed following an ankle injury to starter Daniel Brunskill.

Radunz said he'll be ready.

"We'll see how Brunskill is doing with his injury – we'll see how that goes," Radunz said. "Right now I am kind of helping out on the right side just because of the injuries we do have."

A second-round pick of the Titans in the 2021 NFL Draft, Radunz said his versatility has helped in a pinch.

He feels like he's as game ready as he's ever been.

"I have now played every single spot besides center for this team in a game, so having that under my belt helps me a lot, especially game experience," Radunz said. "Three of those – left tackle, right tackle, and left guard – I played Thursday night in primetime. Just being able to not have the nerves going in there at any position, having that confidence helps a lot.

"I think I am at my peak right now and just striving to get better."
