QuickHits-(2)

NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Friday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game vs the Atlanta Falcons at Nissan Stadium.

Here's a look at the developments of the day, in quick-hitting fashion …

-Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill has been ruled OUT for Sunday's game.

Rookie quarterback Will Levis will make his NFL debut, but coach Mike Vrabel said the plan is for both Levis and Malik Willis to play vs the Falcons.

"I'm pumped," Levis said on Friday. "It's the game I love, I'm just ready to go out there and play ball. … I feel confident going into Sunday."

Vrabel said Tannehill didn't recover from his ankle injury enough to get cleared to play.

"We didn't feel like he could reasonably protect himself at the position," Vrabel said of Tannehill.

"(We're) not really ready to talk about (who will start), but excited to watch both those guys, play – they've worked hard."
