NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Friday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Here's a look at the developments from the day:
-Let's get some big injury news out of the way right out of the gate.
Coach Brian Callahan ruled right tackle JC Latham OUT for Sunday's game with the hip injury that sidelined him last week as well.
Oli Udoh and John Ojukwu both practiced at right tackle this week, but Callahan didn't commit to a starter for Sunday.
"They both took reps all week long," Callahan said of Udoh and Ojukwu. "We'll see how the game unfolds, but both those guys are ready and available to play."
-The Titans are banged up at cornerback, with L'Jarius Sneed (back) and Jarvis Brownlee (ankle) both on the injury report.
Sneed, who is listed as QUESTIONABLE on the team's Injury Report, said on Friday he's playing on Sunday.
Here's more from Sneed:
Brownlee is more of a question mark, however.
Callahan said Jalyn Armour-Davis has "a shot to come help us" after being inactive the first two games of the season.
"We've prepped him all week to be ready to roll," Callahan said of Armour-Davis, who was claimed off waivers from the Ravens before the season. "We like what we've seen from him, too. We claimed him for a reason, and hopefully he helps us."
Armour-Davis (6-1, 200) was a fourth-round pick of the Ravens in the 2022 NFL Draft out of the University of Alabama. He's played in 19 career games over the past three seasons, including seven games in 2024. He's been credited with 20 tackles and two passes defensed in his career, along with four special teams tackles. Armour-Davis led the NFL in pass deflections during the 2025 preseason, when he also tallied an interception.
"I feel great," Armour-Davis said. "I feel like I am due. I feel like I have done, and will continue to do, everything that is necessary to contribute to the team."
More injury updates from Friday:
-Cornerback Jarvis Brownlee Jr. (ankle) did not practice and is listed as QUESTIONABLE on the Injury Report.
-Right tackle JC Latham (hip) was officially ruled OUT.
-Running back Kalel Mullings (ankle) practiced on a limited basis and is QUESTIONABLE.
-Receiver Bryce Oliver (knee) did not practice once again and is listed as QUESTIONABLE.
If Oliver can't play Sunday, Callahan said Marcus Harris and Van Jefferson are the two guys that have taken the most reps at gunner.
-Nose tackle T'Vondre Sweat did not practice on Friday and has been ruled OUT for Sunday.
Callahan was asked what he needs to see from Sweat for him to be able to play on Sundays.
"Just a full load of practice as a starting point and at the end of the day," he said. "He's missed a lot and it's part of getting back into the— he's not any different than (L'Jarius) Sneed was or Cush (Lloyd Cushenberry) in terms of just the time missed from the entirety of training camp. So, it's hard to replicate that conditioning and he's played a little bit in the first game and didn't play the second game and just it's been kind of a back and forth process of feeling healthy enough to get enough work to be in good enough shape to play the way he's capable of, so that's still a work in progress."
-Safety Kevin Winston (hamstring) practiced and is listed as DOUBTFUL.
-Guard Kevin Zeitler (biceps) was not spotted at practice and is listed as QUESTIONABLE.
-The Titans will take part in a walk-through on Saturday, before Sunday's game vs Colts.
