NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Thursday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game at the Arizona Cardinals.
Here's a look at the developments from the day:
-The past 24 hours have been quite the whirlwind for offensive lineman Brant Banks.
The Titans were awarded Banks off waivers on Wednesday, after he was waived by the Green Bay Packers on Tuesday.
On Thursday, Banks was on the practice field in Tennessee, decked out in No. 76.
"I am fitting in great," Banks said. "We have a great room, a great bunch of guys. The last 24 hours have obviously been pretty wild. I got put on waivers, and then I woke up yesterday to a call from Tennessee. So, they scheduled my flight and now I am here. It has been a whirlwind."
Banks (6-7, 306) originally signed with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Rice on May 2, 2025 and he spent the first part of the season on Green Bay's practice squad and active roster, playing in two games, primarily on special teams.
Banks said he can play a number of spots, but right now it's about getting the playbook, and his technique, down.
"I'm a guard, tackle, swing guy," Banks said. "I can really play anything. The only thing I've never played is center. For all preseason I played left tackle, and since this season started I've been playing guard with Green Bay, and swinging back out to tackle a little bit. I played a year at guard, a year at tackle, in college.
"So, I can really play either side, either position."

Here's a quick look at Spears in Thursday's session:
