NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Thursday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game at the San Francisco 49ers.
Here's a look at the developments from the day:
-Running back Tony Pollard has been a real workhorse for the Titans.
Through 13 games, Pollard has accounted for 65.5 percent of Tennessee's carries while leading the team with 202 touches, 914 scrimmage yards and four scrimmage touchdowns.
Coming off a 161-yard, two touchdown performance this past Sunday against the Browns, Pollard is looking to keep the momentum going this Sunday.
"Just trying to keep that same recipe of success that we had this past week," Pollard said on Thursday. "Just build off of that, and take that momentum to the next week."

-Cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis (Achilles) was limited in today's practice.
-Center Lloyd Cushenberry (foot) was limited in today's practice.
-Tackle Dan Moore (neck) was limited after being a full participant on Wednesday.
-Tight end Chig Okonkwo (NIR-Rest) was a full participant.
-Running back Tony Pollard (NIR-Rest) was a full participant.
-DE C.J. Ravenell (toe) was limited.
-Defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons (NIR-Rest) was a full participant.
-Defensive lineman Shy Tuttle (concussion) was a full participant.
-Linebacker James Williams (illness) did not practice for the second day in a row.
-Guard Kevin Zeitler (NIR-Rest) was limited in practice.
-Practice squad receiver Xavier Restrepo, who left the team's November 30 game against the Jaguars with an ankle injury, did not practice again on Thursday.
-The Titans are scheduled to practice again on Friday before holding a walkthrough on Saturday. The team is scheduled to fly on Saturday afternoon for Sunday's game vs the 49ers.
