quick-hits-10-03-25-2

NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Friday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game at the Arizona Cardinals.

Here's a look at the developments from the day:

-Receiver Calvin Ridley returned to practice on Friday for the Titans.

Ridley missed practices on Wednesday and Thursday of this week with knee/elbow injuries.

"He'll probably be questionable," Coach Brian Callahan said of Ridley.

-Running back Tyjae Spears (ankle) practiced for the third day in a row, and looks like a go for Sunday.

The Titans on Wednesday moved Spears to the team's Designated to Return to Practice list.

The designation opens up a three-week window for Spears to practice with the team, and he will not count against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from Injured Reserve.

"He looked like Tyjae," Callahan said of Spears. "You're just always mindful of how much you're putting on him right out the gate after being on IR. But he's worked really well last couple weeks leading up to it and he had a good week of practice, so I'm excited to see what he can bring."

The Titans officially listed Spears as questionable for Sunday's game.

Here's Spears in the locker room after today's practice:

Callahan ruled out four players for Sunday's game:

-Right tackle JC Latham (hip) did not practice and is OUT.

-Offensive lineman Blake Hance (shoulder) did not practice and is OUT.

-Receiver Bryce Oliver (knee) did not practice and it OUT.

-Safety Mike Brown (knee) did not practice and is OUT.

More injury updates:

-DL James Lynch (shoulder) practiced on a limited basis and is listed as QUESTIONABLE.

-RB Tony Pollard (NIR-Rest) practiced and is good to go.

-DT Jeffery Simmons (NIR-Rest) practiced and is good to go.

-Safety Kevin Winston Jr. (hamstring) practiced on a limited basis and is listed as QUESTIONABLE.

-Guard Kevin Zeitler (foot) practiced in full and is good to go.

-The Titans will hold a walkthrough in Nashville on Saturday before traveling to Arizona for Sunday's game.
