Quick Hits After Wednesday's Titans Practice

quick-hits-11-19-25

NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Wednesday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game vs the Seattle Seahawks.

Here's a look at the developments from the day:

-Xavier Restrepo has worked, and he's waited.

Could this be the week the Titans receiver suits up for the first time in a regular season NFL game?

"Only the Lord knows," Restrepo said after practice on Wednesday. "(If it is) I am just going to bring energy, bring play-making skills, and just give my everything for us to get a W on Sunday."

The Titans are banged up at receiver, with Calvin Ridley and Bryce Oliver being placed on Injured Reserve in the past week. Receiver Elic Ayomanor is also injured, and he did not practice Wednesday because of a hamstring injury.

Van Jefferson, James Proche II, Mason Kinsey and Dike are the only healthy receivers on the roster. Dike is dealing with a chest contusion, but he practiced in full.

What it means for Restrepo remains to be seen, but he could be activated for Sunday's game for the first time this season as a gameday elevation.

Restrepo signed with the Titans as an undrafted free agent after playing in college at Miami with Cam Ward.

"I have been preparing my whole life for this opportunity," Restrepo said. "Just because things haven't gone exactly the way I wanted, they went the exact way I needed. I am super-prepared, my physical, mental, spiritual, I'm all there."

Restrepo said he's gotten faster – his new PR is 21 ½ miles per hour – and he feels good physically.

"I've never run that fast in my life," Restrepo said. "I feel like I have gotten so much better spiritually as well, knowing I have to wait my turn and it's God's time."

-Dike said he's feeling better.

On Wednesday, he discussed the play he was injured on, among other things:

-Titans right tackle JC Latham tackled a number of topics on Wednesday, from Seattle's defense to personal improvement.

Here's that clip:

-The Titans moved running back Kalel Mullings to the team's Designated to Return to Practice list last week.

This designation opened up a three-week window for Mullings practice with the team, and he will not count against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from Injured Reserve.

Mullings practiced again on Wednesday, in full.
