Quick Hits After Friday's Practice in London

QuickHits

CHANDLER'S CROSS, ENGLAND – The Titans returned to the practice field on Friday, although this time the scene was much different.

After traveling overnight from Nashville to London, the team practiced just steps from their hotel.

A big group of reporters showed up for the open portion of practice.

"When I was coming out and I saw that big 'ol crowd coming in of the media people, I was like, 'Woah'," Simmons said with a smile. "That kind of caught me by surprise. … But I am not surprised how much they are into the game of football."

Titans running back Derrick Henry was glad to see them.

"We traveled all this way," Henry said with a smile. "They'd better come out here to say hello or do something. … It's a cool experience, and I'm glad we're able to come over here and play football in front of a great crowd."

I wrote a separate story on the team's past 24 hours in London: CLICK HERE.

Here's a look at the developments of the day, in quick-hitting fashion …

-On Thursday, the Titans ruled out receiver Treylon Burks (knee), linebacker Luke Gifford (hamstring) and defensive back Elijah Molden (hamstring) for Sunday's game. All three players remained in Nashville to rehab instead of traveling with the team.

Here's a look at the other injury updates:

-Safety Amani Hooker (thumb) had a small brace on his right hand after being placed on the Injury Report on Thursday. Hooker is expected to play, however, with no designation listed for the game.

-Defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons (shoulder) was limited on Friday, but he's good to go with no designation.

-Defensive lineman Teair Tart (toe) was limited on Friday, and he's listed as QUESTIONABLE for Sunday's game.

-Linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair (neck) practiced in full on Friday but he's good to go with no designation.

-Center Aaron Brewer (neck) was limited on Friday and he's QUESTIONABLE for Sunday's game.

-Running back Derrick Henry was back at practice again on Friday and he's good to go with no designation.

-Receiver DeAndre Hopkins was back at practice on Friday and he's good to go with no designation.

-Defensive lineman Denico Autry (finger) was a full participant on Friday and he's good to go, with no designation.
