NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Titans (0-3) play their second consecutive road game this week, traveling to face the Ravens (2-1) in Baltimore for the first time since 2020. Kickoff at M&T Bank Stadium is scheduled for 1 p.m. EDT/noon CDT on Sunday, Oct. 4.
The Titans and Ravens have met 27 total times, including five postseason games, throughout a rivalry that began in 1996. The Ravens hold a 14-13 advantage after the most recent clash, a 24-16 Baltimore victory at London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Oct. 15, 2023. But the Titans have taken the past two in Baltimore: a 28-12 victory in the 2019 playoffs and a 30-24 overtime win during the 2020 regular season.
THE BROADCAST
The contest will be regionally televised on CBS, including Nashville affiliate WTVF NewsChannel 5, as well as on Paramount+ in the Nashville market. The broadcast team includes play-by-play announcer Chris Lewis, analyst Luke Kuechly and reporter Amanda Balionis.

LAST WEEK AT NEW YORK
In Week 3, the Titans traveled to New York to battle the Giants on a soggy and windy afternoon at MetLife Stadium. Trailing 12-0 entering the fourth quarter, Titans second-year quarterback Cam Ward led a touchdown drive to pull within one score. On the next possession, Ward drove the offense to the Giants' seven-yard line with 24 seconds on the clock. However, safety Jevón Holland then recorded an interception in the end zone to preserve the victory for the Giants.
Ward completed 23-of-36 passes for 181 yards, including a four-yard touchdown to wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson. It was Robinson's first touchdown in a Titans uniform. Ward has at least one passing touchdown or rushing touchdown in each of his past eight games, including the final five games of 2025.
Defensively, the Titans were led by defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons, who tallied a career-high 10 tackles, along with a sack and two tackles for loss. Simmons increased his career total to 44.5 sacks to tie Derrick Morgan for the 11th most in franchise history. With one more sack, he will move past Morgan and overtake Ted Washington (45.0) for 10th in team annals.
THE RAVENS
The Ravens return to Baltimore this week after appearing in Rio de Janeiro last Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys. Running back Derrick Henry rushed for two touchdowns, and Tyler Loop drilled a 56-yard field goal as time expired to give Baltimore a dramatic 34-31 victory.
Henry spent the first eight years of his NFL career in Tennessee. From 2016 to 2023, he became the franchise's second all-time leading rusher with 9,502 yards, and he set franchise records in rushing touchdowns (90) and total touchdowns (93).
Currently, Henry ranks ninth all-time in the NFL in career rushing yards (13,319) and ranks third in career rushing touchdowns (128).
Henry co-headlines an offense with quarterback Lamar Jackson. Since being selected with the 32nd overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, Jackson has earned four Pro Bowl berths, three first-team All-Pro honors, and a pair of Associated Press NFL MVP awards. In 2026, he has passed for 745 yards and four touchdowns and has rushed for 124 yards and one score.
Head coach Jesse Minter is in his first campaign with the Ravens after coming from the Los Angeles Chargers, where he spent two seasons as defensive coordinator. Minter was the defensive coordinator/safeties coach at Vanderbilt University in 2021.
