LAST WEEK AT INDIANAPOLIS

The Titans traveled to Indianapolis last week and earned their first win of the season, defeating the Colts 26-20 after erasing a 13-0 halftime deficit. They totaled 20 points in the fourth quarter.

The scoring included an eight-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Cam Ward to Carnell Tate, as Tate notched his first career score. The rookie wide receiver totaled six catches for 70 yards to lead the offense.

On the other side of the ball, defensive linemen Jeffery Simmons and Jermaine Johnson II each recorded a pair of sacks, contributing to the team's six total sacks. Simmons added a forced fumble and fumble recovery, while safety Amani Hooker and cornerback Cor'Dale Flott notched interceptions.

The special teams unit authored a turning point with less than 11 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter and the score tied 13-13. With James Williams Sr. providing a key push, Julius Chestnut was credited with a block of Rigoberto Sanchez's punt attempt. Oluwafemi Oladejo picked up the loose ball and raced 14 yards for a touchdown. Additionally on special teams, Joey Slye connected on four field goals in the second half, including a 56-yarder.

THE BROWNS

Todd Monken was hired as Cleveland's head coach in January 2026. He arrived with 26 seasons of collegiate coaching experience and eight years in the NFL. From 2023 to 2025, he was the offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens.

Quarterback Deshaun Watson is in his fifth year in Cleveland after being traded from the Houston Texans in 2022. He has started every game this season, passing for 1,174 yards and seven touchdowns with four interceptions.

The Browns hosted the Ravens last week, and Andre Szmyt made a 37-yard field goal as time expired, lifting the Browns to a 13-10 win. Cleveland is one of three 4-2 teams in the AFC North and currently holds the tiebreaker for first place.
