LAST WEEK AGAINST HOUSTON

Last week, the Titans played their first divisional game of the season at home against the Houston Texans. They opened the game with a nine-play, 58-yard drive, concluding with Joey Slye's 30-yard field goal. The Titans defense limited the Texans in the first half to four field goals, but the Texans ultimately prevailed by a final score of 26-3.

Quarterback Cam Ward passed for 170 yards, completing 23 of 36 passes. Wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson led the team with 53 receiving yards on six receptions, while running back Tony Pollard added 52 rushing yards on 14 attempts.

The Titans defense notched a pair of sacks, registering the unit's fourth consecutive game with multiple sacks. Defensive end Jacob Martin had a solo sack, and defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers and linebacker Cedric Gray combined for a sack.

THE COLTS

Shane Steichen is in his fourth season as the head coach of the Colts. He led the team to a 9-8 record in his first season, followed by an 8-9 mark in both 2024 and 2025. The 2025 squad ranked ninth in total offense (345.9 yards per game) and eighth in scoring (27.4 points per game).

Quarterback Daniel Jones arrived in Indianapolis in 2025 and went 8-5 as a starter before finishing the season on injured reserve. In 2026, he has passed for 1,021 yards with three touchdowns and four interceptions.

Jones is joined in the backfield by Jonathan Taylor. The running back finished third in the NFL in 2025 with 1,585 rushing yards and led the league with 18 rushing touchdowns. This season, his 398 rushing yards rank ninth, and his six rushing touchdowns are tied for fourth.

After their 34-22 loss at Pittsburgh last week, the Colts are in second place in the AFC South behind the Jacksonville Jaguars (4-1).
