As we continue to monitor all developments related to COVID-19, the Tennessee Titans Ticket Office at Nissan Stadium is temporarily closed.
Our staff remains operational, but is working remotely. Should you need assistance with your PSL account, please text or email your dedicated Account Executive. Although response times may be delayed as we adjust to a new work-at-home environment, please know, we are fully committed to servicing our Season Ticket Members during this busy offseason. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Stay home and stay strong.
Dear Season Ticket Member:
What a year and what a run! It was an incredible season and I hope you enjoyed the playoff ride as much as we did.
From the record-setting NFL Draft in April, through our deep playoff run, there were so many moments that made 2019 a special year for the team both on and off the field. Personally, some of my best memories from the season are of sharing time with so many of you on gamedays, both at Nissan Stadium and on the road. You represented the Two-Tone Blue with an unmatched pride and passion that helped to put the team over the top on multiple occasions.
Please know how important your contributions are to our organization and how much we recognize and appreciate the time, energy and investment you put into the franchise. I have tremendous confidence in the foundation Jon Robinson and Coach Vrabel have built for our team, having established a winning culture in the locker room. We are hungry for more, and our entire organization is fully committed to bringing a championship home to you.
If a game is postponed, all tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.
What is the Titans refund policy?
If a game is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, or is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending (for example, if a public authority restricts gatherings to no more than a small number of people), the amount paid would be credited toward a future playoff game or your season tickets for the 2021 season; you would also have the option to receive a refund.
Will games be played with social distancing being enforced?
While we are not going to speculate or try to predict today what things will look like in coming months, we are currently working on our plans and procedures for hosting games. We will make adjustments as necessary in order to conduct games in a safe and efficient manner. We will continue to make decisions based on the latest advice of medical and public health officials, as well as in full compliance with current and future government regulations, and NFL policies. We will be prepared to adapt as necessary and will communicate any changes to our fans, players and community at the appropriate time.
If games are played at limited capacity, will I be able to attend?
While we aren't in a position to communicate specifics at this point, pending approval from local authorities, it is our hope that all Season Ticket Members will have the opportunity to attend a number of games this season. Updated information regarding your season tickets and available options for the 2020 season will be emailed to you in the coming weeks.
What if I am not comfortable returning for the 2020 season?
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will be offering all Titans Season Ticket Members the ability to decline season tickets for the 2020 NFL season, while retaining their PSL for 2021. Instructions to defer the season will be sent to all Season Ticket Members in the coming weeks.
Should I expect changes to the gameday experience at Nissan Stadium?
The health and safety of all Titans fans remains at the forefront of all decisions. We are aware of the challenges the COVID-19 outbreak presents to our gameday experience. Rest assured, we are hard at work preparing for your return to Nissan Stadium. Our staff is closely monitoring recommendations and guidelines from the CDC and the NFL. All updates regarding enhancements and improvements to the gameday experience will be communicated to all ticket holders in the coming weeks.
