The Titans welcome fans of all abilities to participate in the race, which starts outside of Nissan Stadium and finishes on the field at the 50-yard line. Titans players and cheerleaders will be on hand to cheer on participants throughout the 3.1-mile course.

"This is a great event for fans to celebrate with their team in a healthy way," said Stuart Spears, Titans Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. "The Titans 5K is an excellent way for friends and families to enjoy a fun day of celebration while also making the positive choice to live a healthy lifestyle."

Runners can register for the race by visiting www.titansonline.com/5k.  The early-bird race entry fee of $40 ends March 15th before increasing to $45.  Registration includes a race T-shirt, a commemorative timing chip and a ticket to one of three home division games in 2016 against Indianapolis, Houston or Jacksonville.  All Titans Season Ticket Members receive $5 off registration.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit Girls on the Run, a youth development program for girls in third through eighth grades that teaches life skills through dynamic, interactive lessons and running games to achieve health and fitness.

The race loops runners through downtown Nashville and back inside Nissan Stadium, where they will be shown on the video boards and cross the finish line at midfield.  Winners from each age group will receive commemorative footballs, in addition to personalized Titans jerseys for overall winners.
