• Justin Gage scored his 2nd touchdown of the season and the 8th of his career when he hauled in a 12-yard pass from Kerry Collins, giving Tennessee a 14-7 lead in the third quarter.
 
• When Ahmard Hall fumbled at the 1-yard line in the first quarter, it marked Tennessee's first turnover in 16 quarters.

• Jeff Fisher, a former defensive back for the Bears, made his second regular season appearance in Chicago as a head coach and first since 1995.

• Sunday's game featured the top two rookie rushers in the NFL, Tennessee's Chris Johnson (723 yards) and Chicago's Matt Forte (713). • LB Keith Bulluck started his 106th consecutive game, the longest active streak of any Titans player.
 
• Lavelle Hawkins caught a career-long 19-yard pass in the second quarter.
 
• Brandon Jones established a career high in receptions (8), breaking his previous high of five catches (happened five times).
 
• Bo Scaife established a career high in receptions (10) , breaking his previous high of seven (happened twice).

• David Ball registered his 2.5th sack of the season and of his career when he took down Rex Grossman in the third quarter.
 
• LenDale White scored his NFL-leading 11th touchdown of the season and the 18th of his career on a 2-yard run that extended Tennessee's lead to 21-7 in the fourth quarter.
 
• Cortland Finnegan registered his first sack of the season and the 4th of his career, taking down Rex Grossman in the fourth quarter.

 
• Jason Jones blocked the first kick of his career, batting down Robbie Gould's 48-yard attempt in the fourth quarter. Antwan Odom was the last Titan to block a field goal (against Seattle's Josh Brown, 12/18/05).
 
• After Chicago's opening 14-play drive, the Titans defense buckled down. In the next seven possessions, Chicago had only one drive that lasted more than three plays.
 
• Quarterback Kerry Collins completed 12 consecutive passes from the second quarter to the third quarter, a streak that spanned two touchdown drives.
