NASHVILLE – Titans defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons plans to give back when sacking quarterbacks in 2026.
Simmons is partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville to launch "Sacks for Forever Homes," an initiative aimed at eliminating housing instability for single parents in Nashville and helping them move closer to homeownership.
With each sack during the 2026 season, Simmons will pledge $1,980 through his Give Em A Reason Foundation. The funds will directly support single parents seeking stable housing.
It's a cause close to his heart – Simmons moved multiple times growing up in a single-parent household with five children.
"'Sacks For Forever Homes' is bigger than football for me; it's personal," said Simmons. "Growing up with a single mom, moving from place to place, and not always having the stability of a permanent home, I know what that uncertainty feels like. So this season, I'm committing $1,980 for every sack to help give single parents and their children something every family deserves… a safe, stable place they can call home forever."
Simmons logged a career high 11 sacks in 2025.
Fans will also have the opportunity to join Simmons by pledging a donation per sack or making a one-time donation through a secure online platform. Every contribution helps single parents' path to affordable housing.
