TEAM NOTES

• The Titans opened the season with back-to-back home games for the first time since doing so in 2010. Next, the Titans will go on the road in three of the next four weeks, beginning with a trip to New York to play the Giants on Sunday, Sept. 27 (noon CT).
• For the second consecutive week, the Titans played the second-hottest game at Nissan Stadium, which opened in 1999, and the second-hottest game – home or away – in the franchise's "Titans era," which also began in 1999. The temperature at kickoff against the Eagles was 92 degrees. The only higher kickoff temperature for the Titans since the beginning of 1999 was 93 degrees at Nissan Stadium on Sept. 15, 2019, when they played the Indianapolis Colts. The humidity against the Eagles was 49 percent, and the heat index at kickoff was 98 degrees. In Week 1 against the Jets, the kickoff temperature at Nissan Stadium was 90 degrees, which at the time ranked second for the franchise in its Titans era.
• For the second consecutive week to begin the season, the Titans used three rookie starters: first-round wide receiver Carnell Tate, second-round linebacker Anthony Hill Jr. and fifth-round right guard Fernando Carmona Jr.
• Three players made their Titans debut: rookie running back Nick Singleton (NFL debut), linebacker Owen Pappoe and cornerback Jaylon Jones.
• The Titans won the turnover battle with a plus-two margin, getting two interceptions on defense without committing a turnover. Safety Amani Hookier and cornerback Marcus Harris each registered interceptions.
• It was the Titans' first game with multiple interceptions since Sept. 7, 2025 at Denver.
• The Titans rushed for 122 yards on 29 total carries against Philadelphia, outgaining the Eagles (89 rushing yards) on the ground by 33 yards. The Titans' 4.2-yard rushing average was the fifth-most in the NFL in Week 2 through the early slate of games (min. 25 carries).
• The Titans defense limited the Eagles to 89 rushing yards on 32 carries for an average of 2.8 yards per carry.
• The Titans offense converted six of their 13 third-down attempts. The 46.2 percent rate on third down was the unit's second-highest rate since the beginning of the 2025 season (52.94 percent against Kansas City on Dec. 21, 2025).
• Three Titans recorded receptions of at least 25 yards: Elic Ayomanor (41 and 28 yards), Tyjae Spears (27 yards) and Calvin Ridley (25 yards).

WR ELIC AYOMANOR

• Started at wide receiver and led the team with 69 receiving yards on two receptions.
• Had a 28-yard reception in the second quarter and a 41-yard reception in the fourth quarter. It was his first career game with two receptions of over 25 yards.
• His 41-yard reception was the longest of his career.

DL JORDAN ELLIOTT

• Registered his first start in a Titans uniform and posted a tackle.

DL JOHN FRANKLIN-MYERS

• Totaled two tackles, including a sack.
• In the fourth quarter, he was credited with the first sack of his Titans career when he forced Jalen Hurts out of bounds for no gain. Franklin-Myers increased his career total to 35 sacks.

LB CEDRIC GRAY

• Saw his first action of the season and totaled four tackles, including a tackle for loss.

CB MARCUS HARRIS

• Started and posted six tackles, one tackle for loss and an interception.
• Recorded the first interception of his career on a Jalen Hurts pass in the fourth quarter.

TE GUNNAR HELM

• Started at tight end and recorded two receptions for 13 yards.
• Extended his streak to 18 consecutive games with at least one reception to begin his career.

LB ANTHONY HILL JR.

• Led the team in tackles for the second consecutive week, accumulating 10 tackles against the Eagles.
• Totaled 26 tackles in the first two weeks of the season and the first two games of his NFL career. He had 16 tackles in the season opener against the Jets.
• Tied Keith Bulluck (2006) for the most total tackles (26) by a Titans player through the first two games of a season since the beginning of 2000 (GSIS press box statistics).
• Since the beginning of 2000, the only NFL rookie with more tackles in the first two games of a season was Indianapolis Colts linebacker Shaquille Leonard with 28 in 2018.

S AMANI HOOKER

• Totaled six tackles and an interception.
• Nabbed his first interception of the season in the first quarter, picking off a Jalen Hurts pass in the end zone and returning the ball 92 yards to Tennessee's 10-yard line. The Titans scored on a one-yard run by Cam Ward four plays later.
• With his 13th career interception, Hooker tied Jason McCourty for the eighth-highest career total for the franchise during its "Titans era" (1999–present).
• The 92-yard interception return was the longest of Amani Hooker's career and the longest interception return by a Titans player since Jordan Babineaux returned an interception 97 yards for a touchdown at Cleveland on October 2, 2011.

DE JACOB MARTIN

• Tallied a sack and six quarterback pressures.
• Notched his first sack as a member of the Titans to end an Eagles drive in the third quarter. He took down Jalen Hurts for an 11-yard loss on third down, improving his career total to 27.5 career sacks.
• Added a pass defensed later in the third quarter.

RB TONY POLLARD

• Started at running back and led the team with 64 rushing yards on 14 attempts.
• Had a 13-yard run to convert a third-and-one in the second quarter.
• Recoded a season-long 18-yard run in the fourth quarter.

WR CALVIN RIDLEY

• Started at wide receiver and finished with two receptions for 35 yards.
• Recorded a 25-yard gain on his first reception of the season in the third quarter.

CB MICAH ROBINSON

• Registered his second career start.
• Tied for second on the team and tied his career high with eight tackles, including a tackle for loss.

WR WAN'DALE ROBINSON

• Caught a nine-yard pass to extend his streak to 44 consecutive games with at least one reception.

DT JEFFERY SIMMONS

• Totaled six tackles, one sack, one tackle for loss and a team-high seven quarterback pressures.
• In the second quarter, he forced Jalen Hurts out of bounds for a one-yard loss to notch his first sack of the season, which gave him a career total of 43.5 sacks.
• In the fourth quarter, he pressured Hurts on third down to help force an interception by Marcus Harris.
• With his sack against Philadelphia, he moved to within one sack of tying Derrick Morgan (44.5) for 11th place on the franchise's all-time sack list, and fourth among players in the franchise's "Titans era" (1999 to present).

RB NICK SINGLETON

• Made his NFL debut.
• Rushed four times for 10 yards.

G PETER SKORONSKI

• Appeared in his 50th career game and made his 50th career start.

K JOEY SLYE

• Made a 37-yard field goal on the final play of the first half and added a 33-yarder in the fourth quarter. He was also good on both extra point attempts.

RB TYJAE SPEARS

• Finished with a team-high 70 yards from scrimmage (41 rushing, 29 receiving).
• Had a 27-yard run in the fourth quarter, the second-longest rush of his career.
• Recorded a 27-yard reception in the second quarter to help set up a Titans field goal.
• Reached the 2,000-yard career scrimmage yards plateau (2,015).

WR CARNELL TATE

• Started at wide receiver and led the team with three receptions for 27 yards.

CB ALONTAE TAYLOR

• Totaled five tackles, including a team-high two tackles for loss.

P TOMMY TOWNSEND

• Averaged 50.8 yards on four punts, including one punt inside the 20.
• Notched a 65-yard punt in the first quarter.

S KEVIN WINSTON JR.

• Tied for second on the defense with eight tackles.

QB CAM WARD

• Completed 13 of 20 passes for 183 yards and a 94.4 passer rating.
• Ward's 94.4 passer rating was the third best of his 19-game career in a contest with at least 20 attempts.
• Added two rushing touchdowns. Finished with seven rushing yards on four attempts.
• Scored the Titans' first touchdown of the contest with a one-yard run on fourth-and-goal in the first quarter.
• Capped a 12-play, 69-yard drive with his second rushing touchdown of the contest on a one-yard carry in the third quarter. It was his first career game with multiple rushing touchdowns and gave him four career rushing scores.
• Ward became the first Titans quarterback with multiple rushing touchdowns in a game since Ryan Tannehill had a pair at Houston on Jan. 3, 2021.
• Connected with Elic Ayomanor for a 41-yard completion in the fourth quarter.
• Completed four passes over 25 yards (Ayomanor for 28 and 41 yards, Tyjae Spears for 27 yards, and Calvin Ridley for 25 yards).
• Increased his streak to six consecutive games without an interception, including the final four games of 2025.
• Increased his streak to 173 consecutive passes without an interception, which ranks second in the franchise record books behind only Marcus Mariota's 205 consecutive passes without an interception from 2018 to 2019.

Has one interception, 11 touchdown passes and four rushing touchdowns in his past 11 games, including the final nine games of 2025.
