TEAM NOTES
- The Titans played their first overtime game since Nov. 3, 2024 against New England.
- The 36 points scored by the Titans was their most since a 37-point output at Jacksonville on Oct. 10, 2021.
- The 79 combined points by the Titans (36) and Bengals (43) were the most combined points in any Titans game since the Titans (41) and Houston Texans (38) combined for 79 points on Jan. 3, 2021.
- The Titans scored 15 points in the fourth quarter at Cincinnati. Their 70 points in the fourth quarter in 2026 ranked fourth in the NFL through the early afternoon games of Nov. 1.
- The Titans recorded four takeaways â their most since forcing four turnovers at Denver on Sept. 7, 2025.
- The Titans logged their third consecutive game with at least two takeaways. The last time they had such a three-game streak was Week 7 to Week 9 of 2021.
- The Titans offense generated 440 yards of total offense at Cincinnati, the team's highest output since gaining 532 offensive yards at Seattle on Sept. 19, 2021.
- Cam Ward's 304 passing yards was the most for a Titans player since Will Levis threw for 327 yards at Miami on Dec. 11, 2023. The team's 282 net passing yards was the most since a home game against Cincinnati on Dec.15, 2024.
- Tony Pollard led Tennessee's rushing attack with 117 rushing yards individually to contribute to the 158-yard team total. The Titans outrushed the Bengals (75) by 83 yards.
- Chimere Dike, Gunnar Helm and Wan'Dale Robinson each finished with at least five receptions and 50 receiving yards, while Dike and Helm each topped 70 receiving yards, with 71 and 76, respectively.
- In their first three possessions, the Titans scored two field goals and a touchdown, marking their first game in which they scored on each of their first three drives since Nov. 24, 2024 at Houston.
- In the first quarter, the Titans offense generated 177 yards and jumped out to a 13-0 lead. The Titans scored on all three of their possessions, the first time they've cashed in on their first three drives since Nov. 24, 2024 at Houston. Joey Slye connected on field goals from 46 and 29 yards, and Tony Pollard ran in a 41-yard touchdown. Cam Ward completed 10 of 15 pass attempts for 109 yards, the highest first quarter totals of his career and his most passing yards in a single quarter since he had 193 passing yards in the fourth quarter at Arizona on Oct. 5, 2025.
- In the last two games, the Titans tallied five rushing touchdowns, more than any other team in the league over Weeks 7 and 8 through the early afternoon games of Nov. 1. Five rushing touchdowns was the most the Titans scored in a two-game span since Weeks 6 and 7 of the 2021 season, when the Titans scored four rushing touchdowns against the Bills and another one the following week against Kansas City.
- The Titans converted on both their two-point attempts, with Ward running for a conversion in the third quarter and connecting with Helm in the end zone to go up seven points in the fourth quarter. They became the third team to convert two two-point tries in a single game this season (Atlanta against Chicago in Week 6; Denver against L.A. Rams in Week 3). It was only the third time in franchise history the Titans scored on a pair of two-point conversions in a game (vs. N.Y. Jets on Sept. 10, 2006; at Indianapolis on Dec. 22, 2024).
- Tennessee finished with seven plays of at least 20 yards, highlighted by a 40-yard touchdown run by Pollard and a 28-yard reception by Dike.
- For the second consecutive week, the Titans opened the game with at least two consecutive scoring drives.
- Safety Amani Hooker (three interceptions) and defensive end Jacob Martin (three sacks) became the first duo since 2007 and the sixth duo since individual sacks became an official NFL statistic in 1982 to post a three-interception and three-sack game, respectively. The last time it occurred was Dec. 9, 2007, when Seattle's Marcus Trufant (three interceptions) and Patrick Kerney (three sacks) accomplished the feat.
- The Titans defense registered six tackles for loss. It was the unit's fifth game in 2026 with at least five tackles for loss.
