Although playoff matchups will not be determined until the final regular season game on January 3rd, the NFL requires playoff ticket information be provided to eligible Season Ticket Members in advance in order to adequately prepare for the possibility of hosting up to three games.
This year, priority for playoff seat selection will be determined by lottery.
ENTRIES IN THE LOTTERY ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Current PSL Holder = 1 entry per PSL owned
Founding PSL Member = 1 additional entry per PSL owned
Club Seat PSL Holder = 1 additional entry per Club PSL account
Current 22nd Element Member (enrolled as of September 1, 2020) = 1 additional entry per PSL owned
2020 Season Attendance = 1 additional entry per seat (for each game attended)
Eligible PSL Holders will be assigned a seat selection start time based on the results of the lottery.
Online playoff seat selection will begin the week of December 14th.
Once seats have been selected, credit card information will be securely stored and will only be charged when the Titans clinch a home playoff game
Since credit cards will NOT be charged initially, the card provided must have an expiration date of January 2021 or later
The appropriate amount will be processed automatically the day it is confirmed the Titans will host a Wild Card or Divisional playoff game
Season Ticket Members with account credit may apply funds to the post-season at the time of seat selection (if no game is played, credit will automatically roll to 2021 season tickets)
Ticket limit = one (1) seating pod per eligible PSL account (pods are available in quantities of one (1) to six (6) seats, subject to availability)
Tickets and parking will not be visible in your online My Titans Account until the game is confirmed
If the Titans host multiple playoff games, a second (or third) lottery will be conducted at a later date for seat selection
Please note that, capacity at Nissan Stadium for playoff games will remain at 21% (subject to change), and will continue to follow guidelines and recommendations from both Metro Nashville and the CDC. All Safe Stadium policies and protocol still apply - including the enforcement of social distancing and face coverings. Reminder: Tailgating is prohibited.
If you opted to defer your tickets for the 2020 season you are not eligible for the post-season.
