Biography
PRO: The Titans signed Sam Mustipher as an unrestricted free agent in the 2025 offseason to add depth to the offensive front. The 6-foot-3-inch, 306-pounder has appeared in 64 games with 42 starts at center and one at right guard over his career. Prior to his arrival in Tennessee, the Notre Dame product played for the L.A. Chargers (2024), Baltimore Ravens (2023) and spent four seasons (2019-22) with the Chicago Bears. The Owings Mills, Md., native has also spent time with the Denver Broncos.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
• In 2022, Mustipher anchored a line for the Chicago Bears that blocked for the No. 1 rushing attack in the NFL. He appeared in all 17 games and started 16 of them at center.
TITANS TIDBITS:
• Mustipher's father, Sam Sr., played nose tackle at West Virginia. His brother, P.J., is a defensive lineman for the Arizona Cardinals, who has also spent time with the Denver Broncos, New Orleans Saints and Philadelphia Eagles.

• As a senior (2017), started all 13 games at center. Did not surrender a sack or quarterback hit and yielded just six quarterback hurries in 889 offensive snaps. Helped Notre Dame rush for a single-season school record 3,503 yards and a single-season record for rush yards per carry with 6.3 yards per rush.
• As a junior (2016), started all 12 games at center. Part of the offensive line that paved the way for 417.6 total yards per game.
• As a sophomore (2015), played in nine games on special teams and as a reserve offensive lineman.
• As a freshman (2014), was one of four freshman offensive linemen to spend the season on scout team. Did not appear in any games.
• Graduated with a degree in computer science from the College of Engineering at Notre Dame in May 2018.
PERSONAL:
• Attended Good Counsel (Olney, Md.) High School where he played both offensive and defensive line.
• Named to the Maryland Private School all-state squad, Washington Post first-team ALL-MET and USA Today American Family Insurance All-USA D.C. team in 2013.
• Named Montgomery Gazette first-team all-star selection for Montgomery County as both a junior and senior.
• As a junior (2012), helped the Falcons rush for 2,374 yards and capture their fourth-straight WCAC title.
