Titans Agree to Terms with CB Buster Skrine

NASHVILLE – The Titans have agreed to terms with Buster Skrine.

The veteran cornerback, originally signed by the Titans on November 23 of 2021, just finished his 11 NFL season.

Skrine, who played in college at Tennessee-Chattanooga, played in six games, with three starts, for the Titans during the 2021 season.

Skrine was credited with 17 tackles, one interception and three passes defensed last season.

Skrine's lone interception in 2021 came in the team's December 12 win over the Jaguars, when he intercepted Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence in the fourth quarter.

Skrine, who has played with the Browns, Jets, Bears, 49ers and Titans since arriving in the NFL as a fifth-round pick of the Browns in 2011, has played in 158 career games.

During his NFL career, he has registered 10 interceptions, 88 passes defensed, 590 tackles, six forced fumbles, and four fumble recoveries.

Skrine entered the NFL as a fifth-round selection by the Browns in 2011 from Tennessee-Chattanooga.
