NASHVILLE, Tenn. –** The Titans practiced on Monday at Saint Thomas Sports Park.
On Sunday, the team will face the Oakland Raiders in the season opener at Nissan Stadium.

Davis ready to "prove my worth"**
The Titans drafted receiver Corey Davis with the fifth overall pick of the NFL Draft, but he hasn't yet played in a game.
Davis missed all four preseason games with a hamstring injury.
Barring a setback, Davis will make his debut in the season opener against the Raiders. He practiced on Monday as the team began preparing for Oakland.
"I'm ready to prove my worth any way possible," Davis said. "I am ready to go out there and compete, and when I get out there I want to make the most of it. … My expectations are up there."
In addition to Davis, receiver Eric Decker also practiced on Monday. Coach Mike Mularkey said he expects both receivers will be ready for Sunday.
"It feels good," Davis said. "It's Week One, and this is when it counts. This is what you work for.
"I am amped. I am amped already. I have to calm myself down. But this is what I have always worked for and now it is here."

"I'm glad to be back"**
Brian Schwenke walked in the doors at Saint Thomas Sports Park on Monday morning, and was talking to Mularkey by 6 a.m.
It felt like he'd never left.
"I'm glad to be back," Schwenke said in the locker room. "It's been awesome."
The Titans signed Schwenke early today. The offensive lineman played four seasons with the team before signing with the Colts earlier this offseason. When Schwenke was released by Indianapolis over the weekend, the Titans decided to bring him back.
To make room on the team's 53-man roster, the Titans parted ways with center/guard Tim Lelito.
Schwenke was a fourth round draft pick by the Titans in the 2013 NFL Draft. He played in 41 games for the Titans from 2013-2016, including 28 starts. He has experience at both center and guard.
"I am lucky,'' Schwenke said. "It was a tough decision not staying here originally. I don't want to say I regret it – I don't like to regret things – but I love this city and I love this team and it is just home for me.
"I really am lucky I had the opportunity to come back."

Weems, Douglas switch**
On Sunday, the Titans signed Eric Weems and placed veteran receiver Harry Douglas on Injured Reserve.
A day earlier, the team parted ways with Weems.
On Monday, Mularkey explained the move.
"In order to bring Harry (Douglas) back at some point, for him to return to the team, he has to be on the active roster," Mularkey said. "So he was on the active roster and Eric (Weems) was not, and so we just made the switch. Once he (Harry Douglas) made the active roster we could put him on IR with intent to return if we want him back."
Douglas suffered a foot injury last month, and missed the team's final preseason game vs. the Chiefs.
"We're going to try and let him heal on his own," Mularkey said of Douglas. "We have talked about surgery on it. It's not for a year, that type of injury, but at least a six-week injury. … It's enough (that) he hasn't practiced in a week, and he won't until we bring him back. It's enough that we decided IR was best for him."
