While most contracting opportunities will fall under the TBA's Construction Management Agreement, there are also opportunities that will be procured directly by the Tennessee Titans.

New Stadium Goods & Services: The contracting opportunities with the Titans will largely include furniture, equipment, and other specialty systems and professional services.

Examples of these potential opportunities include:

• Furniture, Storage Systems
• Building Maintenance Equipment
• Moving & Logistics Support
• And other specialty services and goods to support the opening of the new stadium.

Before an RFP becomes active: 

Step 1: Complete an Initial FF&E Expression of Interest Form
Please complete the form provided HERE  and your information will be logged into our database. 

Step 2: Receive Advance Notice & General Information per Package 
As the release date approaches, the project website will be updated to provide a brief description of the goods and/or services being sought, the minimum qualifications, and an anticipated procurement timeline. 

Firms who have submitted their initial expression of interest form for that category of work will receive an email directing them to the updated information on the website. All interested firms are encouraged to check the website regularly. 

Once an RFP becomes active: 

Step 3: Request the RFP & Complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) 
Once an RFP becomes active, the information posted and instructions will be updated. 
The Titans will initiate the process by sending and collecting Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) from interested vendors prior to sending the RFP. Completing an NDA will be required for receiving an RFP or other purchasing request unless noted. 

Step 4: Follow RFP Instructions & Submit by Posted Due Date 
To be deemed responsive, firms must provide all required submissions as outlined in the RFP, utilize the provided forms, and submit by the posted date and time. Proposers will receive a confirmation email that their proposal has been received. 

Step 5: Proposal Evaluation & Award 
Proposals will be reviewed for responsiveness and those that meet minimum requirements will be further evaluated per the criteria outlined in the RFP.  Notice of Intent to Award letters will be issued to all RFP participants notifying them of the successful firm.

The scope of work for this RFP shall include the final design, installation and other requirements necessary to deliver complete Systems for the Project performed in accordance with the Stadium Plans and Specifications, and the drawings that will be provided as an exhibit to the RFP.  

The anticipated minimum requirements to be eligible for this package are: 
• Submission contains all information requested within the RFP
• Firms are properly registered to do business in the State of Tennessee
• Proposals are compliant with specifications and plans provided within RFP
• Ability to meet bonding and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP
• Firms have experience providing similar goods and services within the last five (5) years on at least two (2) NFL stadiums 

The anticipated timeline for the process is: 
• Open Date: April 10, 2024
• Deadline for Intention to Respond and RFP Questions: April 17, 2024
• Proposals Due by: May 1, 2024
• Award: by end of May
