Najeal's | Jefferson Street 

Najeal's founder Renea Jones considers it an honor to be part of the historic Jefferson Street for the last twenty years. Prioritizing a more diverse audience, Jones prides herself on specializing in natural, healthy hair care services, micro links, tracking links, color, hair cutting and more as part of the Jefferson Street community for the past twenty years.

Jones says providing "authenticity through presentation brings [her] joy."

Rosetta Miller-Perry and Wanda Miller-Benson co-founded the Tennessee Tribune Newspaper on Jefferson Street with the objective of giving a voice to the voiceless, providing education and advise to young local vendors, and spreading positive news about African Americans in the community including accomplishments of Black businesses and Black leaders.

TTN has been a Jefferson Street staple since 1991 and has since opened the first Tennessee News Store at the Nashville International Airport as well as opening the second TTN store in two months.
