Roster Moves: Titans Waive Four Players

As a teenager, Lockett was a big fan of the Titans, even traveling to Nashville from Tulsa, Oklahoma, to root on the team in a playoff game during the 2008 season.

Leo, who played at Wagner, has spent time with the Colts and Patriots in the NFL. Leo played in four games with the Patriots in 2024. He was a sixth-round pick of the Colts in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Lockett joins the Titans after spending the past 10 seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, where he ranks second in team history behind Hall of Famer Steve Largent in receptions (661), receiving yards (8,594), and receiving touchdowns (61).

At Michigan, Mullings ran for 948 yards and 12 touchdowns in 2024 while playing in 12 games.

Harris, selected with the 183rd overall pick, played in all 13 games for California in 2024 and registered 46 tackles, including 35 solo tackles, two interceptions, and a forced fumble.

Slater was selected with the 167th overall pick.
