Quick Hits on the Titans From Thursday of Eagles Week

quick-hits-jones

NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Thursday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports to continue preparations for Sunday's game against the Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field.

Here's a look at the Titans topics of the day in quick-hitting fashion:

-Defensive lineman Denico Autry, who suffered a knee injury in the Packers game and missed the Bengals game, did not practice again on Thursday.

-Kicker Randy Bullock, who suffered a right calf injury in warmups prior to the Broncos game and missed the past two games, was back at practice again on Thursday and listed once again as a full participant.

I chatted with Bullock before Thursday's session:

Kicker Caleb Shudak, who kicked on Sunday against the Bengals, remains on the 53-man roster and he also practiced on Thursday.

-Center Ben Jones, who has missed the past two games with a concussion, was back at practice again on Thursday. Head coach Mike Vrabel said on Wednesday that Jones is working to put himself in a position to return on Sunday. Jones was listed as a full participant.

-Receiver Treylon Burks was added to Thursday's Injury Report with an illness, and he did not practice.

-Defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons (ankle) did not practice again on Thursday.

-Guard Nate Davis (knee) did not practice on Thursday.

-Outside linebacker Ola Adeniyi, designated to return to practice from Injured Reserve earlier in the day, practiced again on Thursday. As a result of the transaction, Adeniyi now has a 21-day window to be activated.

-Defensive back Elijah Molden (groin) did not practice again on Thursday.

-Titans receiver Cody Hollister (neck), who practiced in a yellow non-contact jersey on Wednesday, did not practice on Thursday.

-Running back Derrick Henry (not injury related) did not practice on Thursday.

Henry did talk to reporters before today's practice, however.

-Quarterback Ryan Tannehill remains on the Injury Report with the ankle injury, but he practiced again on Thursday.

-The Eagles released their second injury report on Thursday, and it looked like this: S Chauncey Gardner-Johnson (kidney) did not practice. LB Patrick Johnson (ankle) was a full participant. WR Zach Pascal (groin) and WR DeVonta Smith (groin) were limited. The Eagles added 11 players to their report and listed them as limited on Thursday, but all nine were listed as 'not injury related.'

-The Titans are scheduled to practice again on Friday before holding a walk-through on Saturday. The team will travel to Philadelphia later on Saturday for Sunday's game vs the Eagles.
