Jason McCourty, Alterraun Verner to Sign Autographs, Meet Fans Thursday at Smyrna Kroger

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Titans Cornerbacks Jason McCourty and Alterraun Verner will sign autographs and meet fans at the Smyrna Kroger store (463 Sam Ridley Parkway) on Thursday (Nov. 21) from 5:30 - 7 p.m.

McCourty and Verner are both playing well this season and have been two of the most consistent players on the team. McCourty is in his 5th season, while this is Verner's 4th season on the team.

McCourty recorded his second career touchdown at Seattle, picking up a fumble off an aborted field goal and returning it 77 yards for the score. He has totaled 44 tackles, nine passes defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery in 10 starts this season.

Verner is tied for the NFL lead with five interceptions, including one he returned 23 yards for a touchdown at Houston. In addition, he has totaled 49 tackles, 18 passes defensed and two fumble recoveries.

Kroger is one of the nation's largest retail grocery chains. The company operates 63 stores in Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. Kroger serves as the Official Grocery Sponsor of the Tennessee Titans.
