ONE Community Presented by the Tennessee Titans Foundation proudly supports a $3 million fund to help small and minority businesses.

The 1st & Goal Small Business Assistance Program lives under the "opportunity" pillar of the Titans ONE Community platform. The program consists of a $3 million fund slated for small and minority businesses seeking access to capital for business operations. The $3 million dollar fund – supported by $2 million from the Titans and $1 million from New Nissan Stadium construction manager, Tennessee Builders Alliance (TBA) – is housed with Citizens Bank and is anticipated to support 35 businesses annually to foster economic equality in the Nashville community.

1st & Goal Grant Program

The Tennessee Titans are proud to offer small businesses across Tennessee the opportunity to apply for the 1st & Goal Small Business Assistance Grant, a program designed to uplift local businesses that serve as important staples within their communities by contributing to economic growth and stability. The goal of this grant is provide meaningful funding to small business owners that will allow them to grow, operate and upgrade their equipment/services (this is not an exclusive list - please refer to the eligibility guidelines below). Small business owners across all industries are eligible to apply. Owners will be required to submit a complete application with relevant documentation and a commitment to provide a grant report within 1 year of the funding period. Funds may only support business operations in Tennessee.

Organizations are eligible to apply for a grant between $500 to $15,000

Eligibility:

  • For-Profit Small Businesses Legally Registered And Operating in Tennessee:
  • Minimum Previous Year Revenue of $100,000, but not larger than $5 million
  • Minimum of 1 full-time employee
  • Be in operation for at least 3 full years prior to applying
  • Be in good standing with state and local regulations (licenses, taxes, etc.)
  • Be independently owned and operated

Deadlines:

  • Application Open: April 27th, 2026
  • Application Closes: May 24th, 2026 (5pm CST)
  • Notification Made: June 22nd
