Titans & Bridgestone Invest $30K to Empower Girls Flag Football

The Titans and Bridgestone teamed up to host five Girls Flag Football teams at Nissan Stadium and invested $30,000 in new equipment to expand access and opportunity that empowers the next generation of athletes in our community.

Titans rookies WR Chime Dike and OLB Oluwafemi Oladejo surprised four local businesses with the news that they were recipients of the Titans ONE Community Neighborhood Business Spotlight, where they will be featured at the Titans game against the Seahawks!

The Titans partnered with Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) to honor three fallen soldiers. During our Salute to Service game, the families of the honored service members were recognized, and Titans players wore special helmet decals to pay tribute to the American heroes.

As part of the Titans' ONE Community initiative, this spotlight features Jeff Easley, founder of KOS Clothing Company and participant in the 1st & Goal Small Business Assistance Program. A lifelong creative with a love for fashion and sneaker culture, Jeff turned his passion into a business to inspire others from his South Nashville community. As the first in his family to become an entrepreneur, he's proud to be the change, and with support from the 1st & Goal grant, he's been able to grow his brand, travel to new cities, and take part in major clothing events that have transformed his business.

Titans Construction Training Camp (TC2) extended its impact to change 15 more lives. To date, 96 Tennesseans have completed the six-week intensive workforce development program is designed to introduce participants to a broad range of occupations within the construction industry.

Titans defensive lineman Sebastian Joseph-Day teamed up with Backfield in Motion to surprise kids with Halloween costumes and a festive celebration.

Titans rookie wide receivers Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike spent a fun morning at Coopertown Elementary School, joining second-grade students for a Q&A, dancing, and games of tug-of-war and Red Light, Green Light.

Together with United Way of Greater Nashville, the Titans welcomed hundreds of volunteers to Nissan Stadium to pack over 15,000 backpacks filled with school supplies for students across nine counties, including those in Metro Nashville Public Schools.

10 local high school football teams came to the Titans practice facility to compete in the Nike 11-On tournament. Oakland High School took home the 7-on-7 tournament championship while Page High School won both the linemen challenge and team relay titles.

The Titans partnered up with Hands On powered by United Way for a Titans Together presented by Gallagher service project at The Village at Glencliff. Titans staff supported the organization's mission to provide medical respite care for unhoused individuals through storage improvements and outdoor revitalization.

The 2025 Titans rookie class brought the energy to Boys and Girls Club Middle Tennessee with some fun and competitive 'Minute to Win It' challenges with the kids. Titans quarterback Cameron Ward finished the day with a first-place win.

The Titans welcomed coaches representing over 20 high schools from all over Tennessee to the 3^rd annual Diversity Coaching Summit at the Titans practice facility. Coaches spent the day learning from Titans coaches and support staff along with the NCAA Eligibility Center.

With the New Nissan Stadium well underway, the Tennessee Builders Alliance is maximizing its impact in the community by providing tools and educational classes to local individuals, like Alissa Brock, who are interested in getting into the construction industry. They've hosted four cohorts in 2024, with twelve more slated before the grand stadium opening in 2027. The 2025 Titans rookie class volunteered at Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, sorting 2,847 pounds of food and packaging 3,392 meals for the Nashville community.

The Tennessee Titans distributed over $100,000 in grants to 33 different youth football organizations across Tennessee. Grants were awarded based on merit, need and the organization's commitment to coaching education and best practices. The organizations were celebrated during a ceremony at Nissan Stadium on May 14, 2025.

Joseph Cole and the Culture Architecture & Design team play a critical role in the development of the New Nissan Stadium. This pivotal project is building the future of Nashville. It's creating new neighborhoods and community spaces, including a 12,000 sq. ft. community center—these are the building blocks that transform good cities into great ones. The New Nissan Stadium expands the scope of possibility for hosting major scale events.

16 of the top teams in the state competed in the first TSSAA Girl's Flag Football State Invitational at Richard Siegel Soccer Park in Murfreesboro, TN.

Tackling the Digital Divide is a ONE Community program that increases access to digital resources within local community centers, like the Looby Community Center. Program Coordinator Ambria Berryhill reflects on the ribbon-cutting day for a new tech lab they had built out to give young kids access to computers. Small moments like these are making a big impact on Tennessee and giving the next generation joy, excitement, and hope for the future.

Volunteers engaged in a variety of impactful projects aimed at revitalizing and enhancing the school environments. Tasks included room transformations, construction and landscaping efforts, as well as both exterior and interior beautification projects. The project was open to staff, Titans fans, season ticket holders, and all members of the community.

ONE Community partnered with Project Destined to create a sports venue and real estate development bridge program for local community members to learn more about careers in commercial real estate. Program participants, like Jalen Edwards, are exposed to the construction and development of large projects, including the New Nissan Stadium, and the resources being used to make it one of the greatest stadiums in the country.

The Tennessee Titans' One Community attended Nashville's "Rally on the Runway" this spring, helping raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer research. Titans teammates supported Rally Kids as they strutted their stuff down the runway, keeping them motivated and excited throughout the night.

Tennessee State University's Department of Human Performance and Sports Sciences teamed up with ONE Community to create a program for students who are studying Sports Management to participate in a professional sports consortium. Here, they get to learn more about the intricacies of the Titans' organization. This program is a great opportunity to expose students to internships and career paths.

The Titans hosted the 9th annual High School Recruiting Fair at Nissan Stadium in partnership with the Tennessee Football Coaches Association. Hundreds of high school and college coaches came together to help create opportunities for student athletes to play football at the next level
