Biography
PRO: Matt Landers entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Seattle Seahawks in 2023. He served on the practice squad with the Seahawks (2023), Carolina Panthers (2023) and New England Patriots (2024) in addition to a 2024 stint with the Cleveland Browns during the offseason and training camp. Additionally, he spent time with the UFL's Arlington Renegades and San Antonio Brahmas in 2024, and in 2025, he was signed by the CFL's Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

• The St. Petersburg, Fla., native was originally signed by the Seattle Seahawks as a rookie free agent on May 12, 2023.
• Waived by the Seahawks on Aug. 29, 2023 and signed to the team's practice squad a day later.
• Released from the Seahawks' practice squad on Sept. 19, 2023.
• Signed by the Carolina Panthers to their practice squad on Sept. 26, 2023.
• Released from the Panthers' practice squad on Dec. 5, 2023.
• Signed by the Cleveland Browns as a free agent on May 21, 2024.
• Released by the Browns on Aug. 19, 2024.
• Claimed off waivers by the New England Patriots on Aug. 20, 2024.
• Released by the Patriots on Aug. 27, 2024 and signed to the team's practice squad a day later.

COLLEGE:
• Landers played at the University of Georgia (2017-20), University of Toledo (2021) and the University of Arkansas (2022). His collegiate totals included 79 catches for 1,547 yards and 14 touchdowns in 50 games.
• Led the Razorbacks with 901 receiving yards and eight touchdowns on 47 receptions in 2022. His 901 receiving yards were eighth all-time in a single season at Arkansas, while his eight TDs matches the sixth-most ever by a Razorback in a single year.
• Recorded four 100-yard games during the 2022 season, placing him in a tie for fourth in a single season at Arkansas.
• Majored in sport management at Arkansas.

• Attended St. Petersburg (Fla.) High School and was a PrepStar Magazine three-star prospect, All-Southeast Region. 247Sports.com three-star, #97 ranked WR nationally and #89 overall prospect in Florida.
• Registered 40 receptions for 719 yards and seven touchdowns as a senior at St. Petersburg High School.
• In his junior year at Admiral Farragut Academy, amassed 1,038 yards and 15 touchdowns, both team highs. His Team went 10-2 and reached the 2015 FHSAA Class 2A Regional Finals. Named Tampa Bay Times 2015 All-Tampa Bay First Team Offense and Sun Sentinel 2015 Florida All-State Class 2A First Team Offense.
