Biography

PRO: The Titans claimed Garrett Dellinger off waivers from the Cleveland Browns with three games remaining in the 2025 campaign.  The 6-foot-5-inch, 320-pound offensive lineman saw action as a reserve in one game with the Browns prior to joining the Titans.  The Louisiana State product was originally selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the seventh round of the 2025 NFL Draft and spent training camp with the club before joining the Browns' practice squad.

TITANS TIDBITS: 
•    The fifth of six children, Dellinger comes from a family of college athletes.  His father, Matt, played basketball at Cleveland State and his mother, Stephanie, was the 1992 Gatorade Basketball Player of the Year in Maryland and played basketball at Towson State.  His brother, Matthew, was an All-MAC linebacker at Kent State, his sister, Taylor, played volleyball at Western Kentucky and Oakland, and his younger brother, Cole, is currently an offensive lineman at Michigan State.
•     Dellinger's father works for the Department of Defense and served in the military, including deployments in Afghanistan, Africa and Iraq.  Garrett's brother, Matthew, is currently a Navy SEAL.  His oldest sister, Stephanie (Matthew's twin), joined the National Guard before becoming an officer in the Army.  His older brother, Cody, also served in the Army and Ohio National Guard.

CAREER TRANSACTIONS:  
•    The Clarkston, Mich., native was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the seventh round (243rd overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft.
•    Waived by the Ravens on Aug. 26, 2025.
•    Signed by the Cleveland Browns to their practice squad on Aug. 28, 2025.
•    Signed by the Browns to the active roster from the practice squad on Dec. 13, 2025.
•    Waived by the Browns on Dec. 15, 2025.
•    Claimed off waivers by the Titans on Dec. 16, 2025.

COLLEGE: 
•    Played in 41 games with 30 starts during his four-year career (2021-24) at Louisiana State.  Was a versatile offensive lineman who started at three different positions throughout his career with the Tigers.  His career starts came at left guard (26), left tackle (3) and center (1).
•    As a senior (2024), started all seven games in which he appeared at left guard.  Missed the final four games of the regular season with an injury.  Played a total of 461 offensive snaps and LSU finished 5-2 with him in the starting lineup.
•    As a junior (2023), started all 13 games at left guard for the Tigers, appearing in a career-high 797 offensive snaps.  Didn't miss a snap in LSU's eight SEC contests and was a part of an offensive front that helped Jayden Daniels and the Tigers' offense lead the nation in points (45.5) and yards (543.5) per game.
•    As a sophomore (2022), appeared in nine games with six starts at center and left guard.  Played a total of 397 offensive snaps for the Tigers.  Missed five games due to an injury.
•    As a true freshman (2021), played in 12 games with four starts, including starts in the final three games of the regular season.  Started three games at left tackle and played in 353 offensive snaps.
•    Graduated with a degree in sports administration from Louisiana State.

PERSONAL:  
•    Attended Clarkston (Mich.) High School, where he was a four-year starter on the football team.  Started as left tackle as a junior and senior, right tackle as a sophomore and right guard as a freshman on Clarkston's state championship team in 2017.
•    Named an Under Armour All-American and was twice named to the All-Oakland Activities Association team.
•    Rated as a four-star offensive tackle by ESPN and the 31st-ranked player nationally.  Named the nation's No. 6 offensive tackle recruit and the second-best prospect from the state of Michigan.
