Biography

PRO: The Titans signed Dan Moore Jr. during the 2025 offseason to solidify the left tackle position. The 6-foot-5-inch, 315-pounder was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft and started 66 games at left tackle for the club during his first four NFL campaigns. The Texas A&M product became the first Steelers rookie to start at left tackle since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
• Over the last four seasons (2021-24), Moore Jr. ranks third in the NFL in offensive snaps played by tackles (4,109), trailing only Penei Sewell (4,328) and Jawaan Taylor (4,135).
• In each of Moore's four seasons with the Steelers, running back Najee Harris surpassed 1,000 rushing yards.

• Prior to signing as a free agent with the Titans, Moore Jr. trained with two of his new teammates, Peter Skoronski and JC Latham, in Dallas.

CAREER TRANSACTIONS:
• The Beaumont, Texas, native was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the fourth round (128th overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft.
• Signed by the Titans as an unrestricted free agent on March 13, 2025.

COLLEGE:
• Played in 44 games with 37 starts in four seasons at Texas A&M (2017-20). Started at left tackle in the final 36 games of his collegiate career with the Aggies.
• As a senior (2020), named second-team All-SEC after starting all 10 games and logging 691 snaps at left tackle. Was a key part of one of the best offensive lines in the nation as the unit led the SEC in sacks allowed (0.7), tackles for loss allowed (3.8) and yards per carry (5.45). Earned SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week honors for his performance against the Gamecocks.
• As a junior (2019), started 13 games at left tackle for the Aggies.
• As a sophomore (2018), started all 13 games at left tackle, helping the Aggies gain 5,590 total yards on the season. Was given the Sophomore Academic Award at the team's annual banquet.
• As a true freshman (2017), saw action in all eight games, earning a start at right tackle at Florida.
• Majored in finance at Texas A&M.

• Attended Beaumont West Brook Senior High School and was rated a three-star recruit by ESPN, PrepStar and Rivals.
• As a senior (2016), named to the PrepStar All-Midlands Region Team
