Titans Sign Cornerback Alontae Taylor

NASHVILLE – The Titans have signed cornerback Alontae Taylor.

Taylor, who played in college at the University of Tennessee, was a four-year starter for the New Orleans Saints while playing both on the outside, and as a nickel corner.

Taylor has played in 64 games, with 53 starts, and he's tallied 293 tackles, four interceptions, seven sacks and 52 passes defensed in his career. Taylor has played in all 17 games in each of the past three seasons, with 44 starts over that time period. Taylor recorded 83 tackles, 11 passes defensed and two interceptions in 2025.

Taylor, who played at Coffee County High in Manchester, was a second-round pick of the Saints in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Taylor started 31 of 45 games at the University of Tennessee, where he finished his career with 162 tackles and four interceptions. He was a star quarterback at Coffee County, where he totaled 8,225 yards and 75 touchdowns of total offense.
