NASHVILLE – The Titans have signed quarterback Hendon Hooker, who starred at the University of Tennessee.
The team has also signed veteran running back Michael Carter, along with a pair of receivers – K.J. Osborn and Lance McCutcheon.
Hooker, a third-round pick of the Detroit Lions in the 2023 NFL Draft, most recently spent time with the New York Jets. In his NFL career, with the Lions, Panthers and Jets, Hooker has played in three games and completed 6-of-9 passes for 62 yards. Hooker spent time on the practice squads with the Panthers and Jets after being waived by the Lions in August 2025.
Carter, a fourth-round pick of the Jets in the 2021 NFL Draft, has played with both the Jets and Cardinals in his NFL career. He's played in 61 career games, with 17 starts, and he's totaled 1,692 rushing yards with nine touchdowns. Carter carried the ball 92 times for 333 yards and a touchdown in 2025 while playing in 13 games, with five starts, with the Cardinals.
Osborn joins the Titans after previously spending time with the Falcons, Commanders, Patriots and Vikings, who selected him in the fifth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Osborn has played in 87 games in his NFL career, with 34 starts, and he's caught 165 passes for 1,902 yards with 16 touchdowns. He ended last season on Atlanta's practice squad.
McCutcheon spent time with the Titans last season after previous stints with the Rams, Texans, Jets and Steelers. He played in college at Montana State.
