NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Tennessee Titans made changes to their football administration structure today. The team has parted ways with Vice President of Player Personnel Lake Dawson. Additionally, both Blake Beddingfield, the Director of College Scouting, and Brian Gardner, the Pro Scouting Coordinator, will now report directly to the General Manager.
"This was not an easy decision and I want to thank Lake for his time with the team," said Titans General Manager Ruston Webster. "This new structure will help us streamline things from both the college and pro perspectives. We will move forward without a VP of Player Personnel and the college and pro sides will report directly to me."
