Titans Edge Femi Oladejo, WR Bryce Oliver and Edge Ali Gaye All Designated to Return to Practice

Dellinger, waived on Monday by Cleveland, initially entered the NFL as a seventh-round pick of the Ravens in the 2025 draft. 

Safeties Kevin Winston Jr., Xavier Woods and Mike Brown have been placed on season-ending Injured Reserve.

Elam, a first-round pick (23rd overall) of the Bills in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Florida, has played in 39 career games, with 19 starts while playing with the Bills and the Cowboys. He's been credited with 110 tackles and two interceptions.

Receiver Xavier Restrepo will be a gameday elevation for the Titans for Sunday's game. 

Also on Tuesday, the Titans signed re-signed receiver Lance McCutcheon to the team's practice squad, while adding one more receiver to the practice squad – Kristian Wilkerson.

Brown, who has played in four games this season, was placed on Injured Reserve on October 4 with a knee injury. He returned to practice earlier this week.

This designation opens up a three-week window for Mullings and Brown to practice with the team, and they will not count against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from Injured Reserve.

The move comes just two days after the team was awarded safety Jerrick Reed II off waivers from the Seahawks.

Reed was a sixth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft out of New Mexico. He was named to the Pro Football Writers of America all-rookie team in 2023.

The pick is the Jets' fifth-round pick that could turn into a fourth-round pick.

Moss was waived by the 49ers on Wednesday. He appeared in five games with the team after originally signing with the team as an undrafted free agent back in April. Moss made the team's 53-man roster out of training camp.
