What do you do when you are not cheering for the Titans?
I graduated last May from Tennessee State University and am now enrolled in graduate school to further my education and earn my MBA. For the past few years, I have assisted the TSU game day production department at every home football game as a field coordinator. I am heavily involved on the production side and help with script writing and marketing promotions. I feel like Nissan Stadium is my second home in the fall!
What is your favorite moment as a Titans Cheerleader?
Seeing my mom in the stands at my first game as a Tennessee Titans Cheerleader in 2016. I had been working towards this goal for years, and being able to share that moment with my mother made it that much sweeter.
What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time?
To prepare for the Miss Tennessee USA Pageant this year, I practiced public speaking whenever I could. One of my favorite things to do is practice talking in the mirror. It helps you self evaluate not only your speech, but your body language and facial expressions as well.
What is the one food you can't live without?
Cheese fries
What is your favorite way to break a sweat?
I love dancing! I attend as many dance classes as I can in Nashville and have actually started choreographing and teaching a heels class.
What was your favorite cartoon growing up?
Spongebob!
What have you gained from this cheer opportunity within the NFL?
Being a Titans Cheerleader has opened so many doors for me and has gotten me so much closer to my career goal of working in professional sports. Through Titans Cheerleading, I have been able to find new opportunities to work behind the scenes at Nissan Stadium events and have been able to build strong relationships with many individuals who work in the sports industry.
Using just one word describe what it is like to be a Tennessee Titans Cheerleader.
