What do you do when you are not cheering for the Titans?
I am the Employee Wellness Coordinator for a large organization in Nashville. This includes utilizing local health data and trends to create initiatives and fitness programs to encourage our staff to live more active and healthy lives. I love that what I do each day as a career translates so seamlessly into what I do in the community each season as a Titans Cheerleader.
What is your favorite moment as a Titans Cheerleader?
My favorite memory so far was the uniform reveal event last spring in Downtown Nashville. The atmosphere and energy from thousands of Titans fans were unreal! We had the best time entertaining the fans and seeing the awesome new team uniforms for the first time. To top it all off, I had the opportunity to meet my all-time favorite Titans player, Eddie George!
What are you a "closet" fan of?
I may or may not still watch Jersey Shore…
Why do you cheer?
I decided to become a TTC because I love to dance, I wanted to be more involved and give back to our community, and I wanted to serve as a role model of hard work, wellness and kindness to others. I am thankful to have the opportunity to do all of these things alongside women with common goals who inspire me to be the best version of myself every day.
I could win a gold medal at the Olympics if they included…
Loading the dishwasher efficiently!
Do you have any strange phobias?
Not exactly a phobia, but I avoid game shows, especially The Price is Right, because the music and bells make me very anxious.
What was your favorite cartoon growing up?
How has being an NFL cheerleader helped your career?
Whether I am presenting in front of a large group of people or representing my organization at an important meeting, being an NFL cheerleader has made me more confident and outgoing. Additionally, since I work in the health and wellness industry, keeping an active, healthy lifestyle as a cheerleader helps me better serve my organization as an ambassador and role model.
