Titans Activate NT T'Vondre Sweat from Injured Reserve

NASHVILLE - The Titans have activated nose tackle T'Vondre Sweat from Injured Reserve.

Sweat is now eligible to play in Sunday's game vs the New England Patriots.

Earlier this week, the Titans placed Sweat on the team's Designated to Return to Practice list.

This designation opened up a three-week window for Sweat to practice with the team without counting against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from Injured Reserve.

Sweat practiced all three days this week.

Sweat suffered an ankle injury in the team's season opener at Denver, and he was among the team's inactives for the following week's game against the Rams. Sweat was poised to return to action the following week against the Colts, but re-injured the ankle in practice, and he was placed on Injured Reserve back on September 20.

Also, WR Mason Kinsey and LB Curtis Jacobs will be standard gameday elevations for the Titans for Sunday's game.

Kickoff for Sunday's game vs the Patriots is set for noon in Nashville.
