Titans' 2009 Preseason Schedule Announced

NASHVILLE, TN, March 31, 2009 — The National Football League announced the preseason schedule this afternoon and the Titans are featured prominently in two nationally televised games – the Hall of Fame Game against Buffalo on Sunday, August 9 in Canton, Ohio and Friday, August 21 at Dallas in the debut of the new Cowboys Stadium on FOX.

The Titans have a total of five preseason games this season with the addition of the Hall of Fame game. The Titans first home game will come against Tampa Bay (weekend of Aug. 13 - 16) and they will conclude their preseason schedule against Green Bay at LP Field (September 3-4). Tennessee will travel to Cleveland to face the Browns during week three of the preseason (weekend of Aug. 27 – 30). Final dates and times will be announced over the next month.

The NFL is expected to release the regular season schedule in the next two weeks. Single-game tickets for both the regular season and preseason will go on sale to the general public in July.
