The Tennessee Titans are excited to announce the launch of the Home Field Advantage Catalyst Fund, a new housing support program under the 'Neighborhoods' pillar of the team's ONE Community platform. This $5 million investment is part of the Titans' ongoing commitment to the well-being of neighborhoods across the Nashville and Middle Tennessee community.
During the program's first awards cycle, ONE Community awarded a total of $805,000 to 14 housing nonprofits in Nashville impacting the following areas: emergency shelter services, affordable housing development, rental assistance, homeowner assistance, supportive housing, and community development programming.
"Titans' ONE Community is committed to making a tangible impact in our local neighborhoods and communities," said Johari Matthews, Vice President and Executive Director of ONE Community & Titans Foundation. "Through Home Field Advantage, we are passionately working to help eliminate barriers to safe and affordable housing."
Over 400 individuals will be impacted by the first round of Home Field Advantage grants through resources such as rental assistance funding, substance abuse recovery, recidivism assistance, financial literacy, and housing education. The awards will also contribute to 19 new housing units and developments.
Between Nov. 10 and 18, Titans representatives, including cheerleaders and mascot T-Rac, visited award recipients' spaces and invited others to the Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to receive their funding and share in celebration.
Inaugural grant recipients include:
- Building Lives Foundation
- Dream Streets
- Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville
- Home Together Nashville (HERO Housing)
- Inspiritus, Inc.
- Operation Stand Down TN
- Park Center, Inc.

"We are so thankful for the Titans' investment in the future of Nashville's neighborhoods," said Staci Coleman of Black Diamond Development (Sylvan Street Baptist Church). "Support from the Home Field Advantage Catalyst Fund helps make projects like ours possible and ensures our seniors have a safe and beautiful place to call home."
