The Tennessee Titans announced recipients for the second round of funding through their Home Field Advantage Catalyst Fund, awarding a total of $500,000 to 20 Davidson County nonprofits. The $5 million fund is a financial resource program focused on supporting the pathway to affordable homeownership.
The second grant cycle is expected to provide more than 850 individuals with rental, mortgage and down payment assistance, build more than 470 units, preserve more than 15 homes and help provide immediate emergency shelter services.
"When we created this fund, it was our goal to help eliminate barriers to safe and affordable housing," said Titans Vice President & Executive Director, ONE Community & Titans Foundation, Johari Matthews. "We are lucky to have so many incredible organizations aligned with that mission throughout Davidson County and we are proud to be able to support them through this initiative."
Since launching their Home Field Advantage Catalyst Fund in December 2025 under the 'Neighborhoods' pillar of the team's ONE Community platform, the Titans have given $1.5 million back into the community, supporting more than 30 Davidson County nonprofits and affordable housing developments.

The program's first grant cycle awarded a total of $805,000, impacting more than 750 individuals and contributing to 162 new housing units and developments.
Following Winter Storm Fern in February, the Titans, through their Home Field Advantage Catalyst Fund, donated $250,000 to the Metropolitan Action Commission (MAC) to help launch Davidson County's Emergency Winter Housing Assistance Program (EWHAP). The program provided critical support to residents unable to cover their housing payments due to hardships caused by the storm.
