Quick Hits on the Titans from Thursday of Texans Week

QuickHits-(19)

NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Thursday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game vs the Houston Texans.

Here's a look at today's developments:

-Rookie quarterback Will Levis was back on the practice field again on Thursday.

Levis, listed as a full participant on Wednesday, appeared to move well once again as he looks to return to action this weekend.

"The (plan) is no different than what we had kind of been in the past, which is seeing where he's at," Titans offensive coordinator Tim Kelly said of Levis. "Everyone in the (QB) room is preparing as if they're the starter, and making sure that if and when their number is called they'll be ready to go to help us win.

"It was pretty limited (Wednesday), but I thought for where he is at, I thought (he) looked good."

-I chatted with Titans linebacker Otis Reese IV on Thursday about his first NFL start.

Reese posted three tackles, and he made another stop on special teams.

-Running back Derrick Henry chatted with reporters about how his new diet is working for him, and more.

See below:

-Titans cornerback Caleb Farley, who returned to practice last week, practiced again Thursday.

Farley, a first-round pick out of Virginia Tech in 2021, remains on the team's Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list. But the Titans moved Farley to their Designated to Return list.

Vrabel said last week Farley won't play this year, "but it's good to get him out there, and continue to do the individual, to see some football, and then we'll see where things go from there. It's a testament to him to work hard to get back."
